Komme gern wieder
Pros:

Sehr gut gelegen, Parkplatz war direkt vor der Tür vorhanden, tolle Aussicht, nettes Personal, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Alldeles utmärkt, allt fanns på plats och det flöt på!

Cons:

Hade kanske uppskattat om doften i receptionen hade varit lite mer diskret...
Åt middag i tornet och kombinationen ganska djupa tallrikar och gedigna bestick gjorde att de senare lätt gled ner i tallriken, lite kletigt.

Below expectation stay but it can be easily improved by hotel staff
Pros:

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The breakfast buffet was of a high standard and offered a good variety of options. There were plenty of parking spaces.

Cons:

Before arriving, I received the guest booklet, but unfortunately it contained outdated information, including incorrect reception opening hours. As we were arriving late in the evening, this caused considerable confusion and inconvenience, and we had to contact the hotel directly to clarify whether reception would be open.

The check-in process was also quite chaotic. We were informed that a system change had taken place shortly before our arrival, which resulted in a mix-up with our room allocation and a lengthy delay before we could access our rooms. We were then told that no room key cards were available, meaning reception staff had to escort us to our room and let us in using a master key. We were also asked to return to reception the following day to collect our room keys.

Housekeeping was inconsistent throughout our stay. On the first day, the bathroom was cleaned, but the rest of the room was left untouched. The following day, the bedroom area was cleaned and tidied, but the bathroom was not serviced. We would have expected a full room clean each day, as is standard in most hotels.

Before checking out, we were advised that the check-out time was 10:00 and that, as a gesture of goodwill for the issues experienced during check-in, this would be extended to 11:00. However, when I later checked my booking confirmation, it clearly stated that the standard check-out time was already 11:00. This left us somewhat confused.

Sehr schönes, gut gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende - das Hotel ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen, es war sehr sauber, das Bett bequem, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und das Personal war auch sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen. Wer mag kann im Eingangsbereich in der Bibliothek stöbern oder Spielen, oder (im Winter sicher sehr nett!) am Kamin sitzen.

Cons:

Wir hatten zunächst ein Zimmer zugeteilt bekommen, bei dem die Autos direkt vor unserem Fenster (gefühlt im Zimmer) geparkt hatten. Nachdem wir dann an der Rezeption nachfragten, war es aber möglich ein anderes Zimmer mit Blick über das Restaurant und die Stadt zu bekommen.

Locația , priveliștea , micul dejun ireproșabil , designul

Cons:

În baie lipseau cu desăvârșire casca de duș și celelalte lucruri necesare , prezente în orice hotel de 4-5 stele .
Baia necesită renovare , chiuveta crăpată și cu smaltul sărit .
În cele 3 zile nimeni nu a venit să schimbe prosoape sau să curețe camera , să reîmprospăteze rezervele de ceai/cafea

Lidt misvisende billeder, hotellets lobby var super flot og nyrenoveret men værelserne kunne godt få en upgrade.
