Location was nearby the Kashi Vishwanath temple. Auto was available from doorstep.

Linens n towels need to be better
Prime location, the staffs were cooperative and helpful.
Unhygienic, cockroaches in the room and washroom, door locks not working properly. Unclean bed covers and pillows. Very oily food.
The location is excellent. Some of staffs were very supportive but some were rude. Mr. Shyam ji was helpful in guiding us and helping us with our luggage at there place for extra hours.
The rooms were not very clean and because of kumb mela the approach roads were blocked
When I reached Varanasi by 1 pm they said booking not available
Very bad experince
Manager didint give us room on 27th Dec. He said "we dont consider booking. com's customers online booking". He cancelld our booking. While resquesting a lot the manager sent us ( 2 senior citizen & 1 child) to another hotel which was 1 km far. And we had to walk with our luggage. There also we got rooms for only 1 day. Overall it was a very very very bad experince.
The location is perfect but more facilities should be added for the confort of visitors.
I like nothing as hotel refused to provide room despite my booking one week back.

Room cleaning to be improved
Property is located very near to Kashi Viswanath Temple but in rare occasions transporters are ready to go till hotel. Otherwise one has to walk for around 500 meters to reach the hotel.
Rooms are very shabby and have pungent smell.
