Eigentlich geht es nicht besser, alles zu Fuß ereichbar
Pros:

drei Minuten bis zur Altstadt zu Fuß

Cons:

Garage könnte für manchen Fahrer ein Problem werden. In Garage viele Platz aber die Einfahrt ist sehr eng. Mit VW Bus könnte problematisch werden überhaupt rainzukommen

Excellent location
Pros:

Convenient location at a stone throw to Sarajevo main activities and touristic center. Breakfast is outstanding. I recommend climbing to the nearby platform on the top, over the cemetery, having outstanding view over the city, just start walking up from the hotel. Offseason discount was outstanding for a room, however it was just near the entrance door enlightened all night and close to the office desk. There is no free lunch! The staff should gain in experience but overall nice and friendly.

Pros:

The hotel's location is excellent

Cons:

the room ceiling is low and narrow, the bathroom is very small, the refrigerator was hot, the TV didn't work, the room service wasn't good, the parking fee is very expensive, there's no cooperation between the restaurant and the hotel, and the breakfast is very boring. It's not suitable for families.

Pros:

Superfint och fräscht hotell, fina rum, sköna sängar, trevlig personal. Och läget är jättebra alldeles i ena änden av de gamla stadsdelarna där man gärna vill hänga.

Cons:

Det absolut enda som finns att anmärka på är frukosten. Utbudet var litet begränsat och framförallt så var det extremt utplockat om man inte var på plats tidigt och påfyllningen gick väldigt långsamt.

Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

Beautiful little hotel close to the old town, room was clean and well appointed (the soaps and shower gel smelled amazing!) Stand out for me was the service, which was consistently excellent. The room I was initially allocated was on the ground floor and was extremely hot - I was told this was because it wasn't summer yet and the AC hadn't been switched on yet. Being on the ground floor I didn't want to sleep with the windows open, so the staff brought me a fan which didn't help much, so on the second night moved me to a room upstairs which was cooler (and more comfortable leaving windows open at night). Zero fuss which I appreciated. I saw in some reviews the ground floor rooms could be noisy near reception but I didn't have any issues. Thanks for a great stay!

Cons:

Considering it's a new building it's a little surprising that it can only do either heating or cooling, but as above staff seem used to dealing with this. Otherwise no complaints!

Прекрасное место с лучшим сервисом
Pros:

Мы с семьей путешествовали 10 дней на машине по Балканам и данный отель запомнился как самый лучший. Безупречный сервис, чистота, внимательный и любезный персонал. Порадовал очень вкусный завтрак в современных и стильных интерьерах. Отель предоставил место для парковки, однако мы бронировали его заранее. Расположение очень комфортное - буквально 5 минут пешком и вы в самом сердце Сараево, наслаждаетесь боснийским кофе с медовой пахлавой. Вид из номера был тоже великолепный, обзор на горы и весь Сараево как на ладони. Большое спасибо за такой теплый прием, мы обязательно вернемся! Хочется дополнить, что дорога на автомобиле из Сараево до Мостара составила 2 часа и это был незабываемый опыт.

Lovely hotel with poor staff
Pros:

We stayed for a couple of days and found the location of the hotel great. It is ideal for sightseeing in the old town of Sarajevo.
The property was clean and nicely presented.

Cons:

Unfortunately we found the staff to be untrained and badly managed. The breakfast staff had no idea what they were doing or how to engage with the type of people staying at such a well presented professional hotel. I feel they let the hotel down and badly represent the business model of the establishment and personally I would terminate their contract immediately.
We noticed other guests looking disappointed and undervalued because of the poor service received.
I would stay again but improvements where not made I would complain to management directly and ask for a reduction to my bill .

Pros:

The room is small but comfortable. The bathroom is good. The location is really good, specially if you will explore the city walking.

Cons:

We had a slightly awkward situation at breakfast, where my friend wanted drip coffee, but there wasn’t any. So she ordered an Americano, but asked the barista how he made it — intending to ask for a weaker coffee with more water. He responded that he knew how to make an Americano. She was left feeling embarrassed. The intention was simply to ask for it on the weaker side.
I believe misunderstandings, especially due to different cultures and languages, can happen. And those who work with diverse people should have a little more tact when responding.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Pros:

Sehr modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und das Frühstück sehr vielfältig. Auch das Parken des Autos war unkompliziert und perfekt

Szuper választás volt
Pros:

Nagyon jó a szálloda elhelyezkedése! Közel az óváros. A személyzet kedves, a reggelinél nem volt egyertelmű, hogy a kv, tea, tojásos dolgok ingyenesek. Mint vegül kiderült, azok voltak. Nem számoltak fel külön díjat értük. A szoba nagyon picike, de csak alvásra kellett.
