The perfect one night layover in Sarajevo
Pros:

Beautifully decorated property in a traditional style, featuring lots of art along the hallways and in the rooms. The rooms are very cozy and the beds are comfy. Everything is newly renovated. Nice breakfast in a beautiful garden. Perfect location one step away from the old city centre. This is quite likely the best hotel in Sarajevo these days.

Новый отель, недалеко от исторического центра. Приветливый персонал. Свежие продукты на завтраке.

Cons:

В первый день нам предоставили парковку, хотя мы специально выбирали отель с парковкой. В отеле была свадьба и все места были заняты.
Кондиционер в номере не работал вообще! Вместо этого стоял вентилятор. Когда мы пожаловались персоналу, нам просто заменили вентилятор, но от этого прохладнее не стало.

Sehr sauber und ordentlich, Lage super und zentrumsnah. Restaurant/Frühstück sehr schön eingerichtet und gute Auswahl. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

We were several times in this hotel, and decline in the quality of service and infredients on the breakfas declined dramatically this year in comparison to last year.
The room was not perfectly clean, and it had few spots on the flor that were not cleaned.
Breakfast does not have a fresh orange juice for example altough the price of the hotel would indicate such. Staff on the reception is fine but without extra effort, but staff on the breakfast is really not interested, even rude. There is a constant lack of supervision, and kids working on breakfast are not competent to carry the work. Overall its a lack of management guidance in the hotel that had a big potential.

A charming little hotel that was the perfect finishing touch to a wonderful Sarajevo experience.
Pros:

A beautifully designed and tastefully furnished boutique hotel right in the heart of the city. Logistically, it couldn’t be in a better location. What makes it even more special is the exceptionally friendly staff, excellent breakfasts, and the wonderful vibe of the surrounding Baščaršija area.

Cons:

As the hotel was quite full, we ended up with the last available room, which was a little more compact due to the sloping roof. A bit of extra space would have been nice, but it was still a lovely and cosy room.
