Pros:

Izuzetno prijatno i cisto. Izvrstan mali hotel.

Cons:

Hotel je jako blizu cebtra ali bukvalno se nalazi na groblju. Zid moje sobe u prizemlju i grobno mjesto su pola metra udaljeni i mislim da to nije idealan polozaj za hotel. Takodjer sam dobila sobu pored recepcije gdje je jako bucno i nisam mogla spavati niti prije 1 poslije ponoci jer sw odvijala neka rasprava na recepciji niti ujutro duze od 6 jer se cuje ciscenje i lupanje. Na prizemlju nemaju uvjete za sobe.

Pros:

Probably the best place to stay in town. Brand new design hotel beautifully decorated with local art. It’s small yet very cozy and quiet. Perfectly located just few minutes away from bazaar. Well thought spotless rooms with great attention to details and materials. Breakfast choice is moderate yet enough for weekend and with warm options.

Gyönyörűen berendezett, igényes szálloda.
Pros:

Kisléptékű, nem egy turistagyár, pont amit szeretünk. Jó az elhelyezkedése, közvetlenül az óváros felett van a dombon, gyalog mindent elértünk. Nagyon jó volt a reggeli. Saját teremgarázsa van az épület alatt, ami fontos szempont volt a kiválasztáskor.

Cons:

Nagyon, de nagyon meleg volt a második emeleten. A fűtést nem tudtuk szabályozni, ezért kénytelenek voltunk kinyitni az ablakot. Gondolom másnak sem sikerült előttünk, mert a termosztát 14 fokra volt állítva.
Sajnos a vacsora lehetőségét nem említették becsekkoláskor, ezért a városban ettünk. Csak akkor vettük észre az éttermet, amikor visszaérkeztünk. Szívesen kipróbáltuk volna, de csak egy estét töltöttünk Szarajevóban.

fantastique pour visiter Sarajevo à pied. Très cosy et comfortable

Très bien situé et tout neuf, cet hotel a beaucoup de charme

Very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Very pleasant boutique hotel. All very clean and well maintained. Perfect location with easy access to almost everywhere.
Breakfast was lovely, all fresh. WIFI was reliable. Staff, overall nice.

Pros:

Smjestaj, cistoca i polozaj je u skladu sa opisanim

Cons:

Zainteresovanost personala je jako losa
Dorucak je trebao biti od 7.00
Posto je konobar kasnio dobili smo ga tek oko pola osam i to ne u potpunosti( bez kafe😓)
Bez nekog velikog izvinjenja, za mene neshvatljivo! Tako nesto sam prvi put dozivjela
Moram reci da je cjena smjestaja na visokom nivo i u tom slucaju ocekujem isti taj!

Cons:

The price is too high for this type of hotel, room is too small, breakfast is good and for the price it sgould be excellent. Also, it i located very near Bascarsija butright nec to the huge cemetery

I forgot something after check out and they never returned it
Pros:

Great location BUT I cannot recommend this hotel! I forgot my AirPods when checking out and realised on the same day. So I wrote to them and asked if they have found my earphones- they had. However, the drama just began now. They said they would check with the post office how much it was to send them back to me. After following up a couple of times, they said the post office needed to know the weight and the value of the earphones so I provided both. After having to follow up again (even though they said they would contact me asap) they told me all of a sudden the post office said they cannot send them?! Huuuh?! First they were asking for the weight and value and then they said they can’t send it?! Yeah, sure….
Never saw my AirPods again…
While I stayed also the AC was not working, so I had to switch rooms and instead of letting me stay in that (same category) room, I had to pack up again and move again… not very customer oriented.
Also I was right next to the reception, so heard every conversation.. there were also other guests complaining about hot water when they flushed the toilet…

Top Lage, moderne Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist leider im Verhältnis zum restlichen Hotel nicht passend. Dieses entspricht maximal einem 2-Sterne-Niveau.
Auswahl viel zu begrenzt und das Buffet ist nicht schön präsentiert. Passt leider nicht zum Rest.
Auch das Abendessen war eine pure Enttäuschung. Karte klingt gut, aber geschmacklich und qualitativ leider nicht auf gutem Niveau.

Fijn hotel, geweldige locatie, maar helaas erg gehorig.
Pros:

Prachtig ingericht hotel op een geweldige locatie.

Cons:

Erg gehorig. Alle geluiden op de gang hoor je op je kamer. Andere hotelgasten, het harde gepraat van de schoonmakers, het lijkt net alsof ze naast je bed staan.
