The location of the hotel is good and close to the main attractions of the old city. However, do not expect easy access to and from the hotel to the attraction areas, as it is on a high hill and you need to walk up and down a steep road. I mention this in case you are traveling with children or elderly people who may struggle with long or steep walks.
The breakfast was excellent. There were not many options, but the quality was very high, and the food was truly delicious, staff are amazing and always smiling which is great.
Do not expect a big-brand hotel atmosphere. It is a mid-sized hotel with very good-quality furniture, but the view is not the best, and it is located at a busy intersection, so you should expect some noise, especially since the hotel is only two stories high. The staff are usually very busy because there is only one person at the front desk, so during peak times it can be difficult for them to assist everyone at once, particularly during check-in and check-out, but really they do their best to support and help you when you need assistance.

* We received a sweet welcome gift upon arrival.
* Excellent location right next to the historic city center.
* During our 3-night stay, the bed linen was never changed.
* Very poor soundproofing – we could clearly hear people in the hallway and neighboring rooms.
* The shower water pressure was extremely weak, and the temperature constantly changed from very hot to freezing cold, making it uncomfortable and even unsafe.
* The room was booked for two guests, but only one bathrobe was provided.
* Breakfast was very limited. Eggs were the only hot option, and the selection was mainly focused on Eastern cuisine.
* The air conditioning could not be turned off completely and seemed to run all the time.
* The fire alarm indicator light kept blinking throughout the stay, especially noticeable at night.
* The minibar was almost completely filled with paid items, leaving very little space for guests’ own food or drinks.
* The room was quite small.
* There were no hooks or hangers near the entrance for coats or jackets, so everything had to be stored in the wardrobe.
* There was no luggage room. Our suitcases were simply left in the hotel lobby after check-out.
* The hairdryer did not have a cool air setting.

Vackert hotell som ligger centralt i Sarajevo. Gångavstånd till allt. Okej frukost, man hade några varma alternativ att beställa som ex. Omelett, annars var det ost och skina med bröd och frukt.
AC fungerade inte på vårt rum. Var upp emot 40 grader när vi var där, vilket gjorde att rummen var kvava och fruktansvärt varma. Personalen var inte beömatande gällande att fixa ACn utan skyllde på att det var varmt ute, därför den inte fungerade. Blev inte ens erbjuden en fläkt eller portabel AC. Dag 2 behövde en i vår grupp fick värmeslag och behövde uppsöka sjukhus. Först då fick vi byta rum till ett sim hade en fungerande AC. Fruktansvärt dåligt bemött av personalen.

Small, beautifully designed and decorated hotel located in the heart of Sarajevo’s Old Town. We enjoyed a perfect breakfast on the terrace, along with the best tea we’ve ever had. :)

Great location walkable to Sarajevo. Nice and authentic cozy rooms. Kenan at front desk reception was very helpful, kind and accommodating. Cute restaurant where breakfast was served.
We asked to keep only 2 out of our 3 booked rooms since our family of 2 adults and 4 children could have easily fit into 2 spacious rooms. Property management refused.
Look no further as this is the place to stay in Sarajevo. It is in the Ottoman section of town and within walking distance to everything. We loved the space and attention to detail. It couldn’t have been better.
