Очень довольны, вернулись бы с радостью.
Pros:

Очень красивое место, все удобства, шикарный вид. Теплый чистый бассейн был просто чудесным дополнением отдыха в жаркие дни. Замечательный отзывчивый доброжелательный хозяин, помогал во всем, помог заказать прекрасную экскурсию на Капри с трансфером от Виллы. Наличие парковки большое преимущество.

Cons:

В один из дней отдыха к нам пришли муравьи, мы понимаем что это природа, хозяин моментально нас переселил в другой номер.

Die Lage hat alles übertroffen.
Pros:

Super Lage! Das Haus hat schonbessere Zeiten gesehen, die Ausstattung der Küche ist miserabel! Töpfe und Pfannen ohne Griffisolierung, genau 2 Tassen, es fehlte an Küchenutensilien. Zucker und Salz war vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung, lieblose sporadische Einrichtung, Bad renovierungsbedürftig.

L appartement en entier la cuisine équipée avec nécessaire de base produit vaisselle café sucre sel, congélateur avec glaçons à notre arrivée. La chambre, la terrasse et bien-sûr la piscine. Tout y est très propre.

Cons:

Il manque un bar près de la piscine et la vente de crème glacée.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment-style hotel. The view was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our trip. The property was very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, making it easy to unwind and enjoy our time there.
The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was great, and everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

A kilátás csodálatos! Az épületet körülvevő csodálatos növények-park,szép,
gondozott. Nyugodt,csendes környék.
A közeli pizzéria,isteni pizzákkal vár.

Cons:

Az épület nincs megfelelően karbantartva,a zuhanykabin kicsi,és a főzéshez szükséges konyhai kiegészítők Nagyon hiányosak. Pl nincs fedő,vágódeszka,bögre,vizespohár.
A szoba,és az ágynemű tisztaságával nem volt gond. Az ágy kényelmes.

Vittorio was very helpful and introduced us to la Macina restaurant next door which was wonderful. Very high quality in everything eg home baked focaccio and local produce, desserts, fillet steak, salad dressing the detail was the best Italian I've ever experienced. Honestly. Also he told us about the day trip to Capri from the port and pickup from azzurri which a fantastic day out to this legendary island. The walk to Nerano then ieranto beach is legendary.

Cons:

Just details. Vittorio is continually upgrading. Perhaps a few more power points and we were at the transition from pre to full season at the end of April. We will go again

Vaizdas atperka viską. Vittorio reaguoja sprendžiant, bet kurias iškilusias mažas problemas, susijusias su apgyvendinimo įstaiga. Pataria, papasakoja, jeigu reikalinga kažkokia informacija. Lovos buvo patogios, vonia atnaujinta, virtuvėje yra visko, ko reikia maisto gaminimui. Ryte gali mėgautis puodeliu kavos terasoje ir klausytis paukščiukų čiulbėjimo, gaidžio kakariekavimo ar vištų cypsėjimo-pasijausti tikram kaime, tik su vaizdu vertu milijono. Žinoma, baldai galėtų būti atnaujinti, bet kainos ir kokybės santykis atitinka ką gauni. Esame labai patenkinti savo pasirinkimu. Mašina yra būtina norint nuvykti į papėdėje esamą nuostabų paplūdimį, nors mačiau yra autobusų stotelė, bet kaip dažnai autobusas važiuoja - nežinau. Garso izoliacija galėtų būti geresnė, nes girdėti viskas, kas darosi už sienos, bet kaimynų nepasirinksi. Pasigedome tik didelių puodukų kavos gėrimui ryte, nes virtuvėje yra tik maži. Na, bet buvo proga nusipirkti vietoj "siuvenyro" tinkamo dydžio puoduką. Labai dėkojame Vittorio ir linkime gero ateinančio sezono.
