Great location, good staff, really cool decor in the room.
Few minor issues like no hand soap by the sink and some loose fixtures, but nothing major.

Overall is very clean and comfortable, staf is very god and helpful.
The drainage system of washroom is not really good, water goes down very slow.
Great location, free water available in the lobby, comfortable bed. Bath bomb and bath salts were provided.
There were some building maintenance issues such as plug sockets being loose but there was some building work going on to fix it. Water at the shower was hot but the bathtub water wasn't hot enough.

Overall the staff were absolutely fantastic, always polite and curious and efficient. My room was quite well appointed in all aspects, comfortable bed and above all it was a nice quiet hotel and so relaxing and sleeping was an enjoyable experience.
Good location, quiet, really nice comfortable bed, excellent staff, and a very nice bathroom. All this made it a very enjoyable stay.
Only 2 things that spoiled my stay a night of heavy rain and a leaking roof left me with a flooded bedroom in the early hours. The second thing is customer service are almost unreachable as I did want to liaise with them.
The location is excellent if you plan to explore the heritage areas, and Muntri street itself is quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very spacious rooms which is clean enough. There were no smells in the room or bathroom (other than the towels which was an issue.)
The towels had smells from not being washed and dried thoroughly. The property needs some maintenance work on painting / surfacing as water damage is evident. There were 5 small flying insects in the bathroom which needed to be killed.
