Fantastic location for a short stay
Pros:

We stayed at Flaneur Hotel for five nights and had a pleasant overall experience, mainly because of its excellent location.
The hotel is in a quiet part of Zemun, just a short walk from the beautiful riverside promenade with plenty of cafés and restaurants. There is also a bus stop nearby with convenient connections to Belgrade’s city center.
The room was clean and comfortable. It was a little on the small side, and the toiletries provided were fairly basic, but everything was tidy and well maintained when we arrived. The breakfast was also quite good on the days it was available…

Cons:

Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Although the reception is officially open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., there were several occasions when nobody was at the front desk during those hours. One morning, breakfast was not available at all!! We also wanted to use the sauna, but there was no staff member around to ask or assist us.
Another downside was that our room was not serviced during our entire five-night stay. Towels were never changed, shower gel was not refilled, and there was no housekeeping.

Pros:

Flotte kjemperene rom. Moderne og fin hotell.

Cons:

Ingen personal å se på hotellet. Hotellet har egentlig ikke eget parkering. Man blir henvist 250m lenger ned i gaten.

Saubere Unterkunft, sehr konfortabel

Cons:

Am Anreisetag war kein Personal vor Ort, musste telefonisch wegen dem Zimmer anrufen.
Bei weiteren Fragen war telefonisch auch niemand mehr erreichbar. Frühstück wurde aus irgendwelchen technischen Gründen gestrichen. Parkplatz nur gegen Gebühr und das ca. 250 m entfernt

Pros:

Забронировали 2 ночи в этом отеле после 2 дней в центре Белграда. После шумного города в Земуне очень уютно. Отель просто выше всяких похвал. И завтрак прекрасный!

A welcoming hotel with exceptional service and value
Pros:

I've now stayed at Hotel Flaneur three times, and each visit has been excellent. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore Belgrade and enjoy everything the city has to offer.

The staff are outstanding, and I would especially like to thank Ivana, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Any issue or request was dealt with quickly and professionally.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with comfortable accommodation, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. After three consistently positive stays, I can highly recommend Hotel Flaneur and will gladly stay there again on my next visit to Belgrade.
