Pros:

Das Personal war super, sie hat bei allem geholfen, der Pool war gemütlich, der Aufenthalt war super.
Die Lage ist perfekt, schön zentral und nahe zu allem.
Man kann direkt beim Hostel ein Fahrrad oder einen Scooter mieten und diese werden zum Hostel gebracht.

Cons:

Betten zum hochsteigen bisschen mühsam, aber das war schon alles.

We expected a social hostel given the location and how buzzing Tam Coc was, but when we arrived (which admittedly was a bit late ~11pm due to our bus) we were greeted by a hostel in darkness with no lights on and an empty reception desk. There was a whatsapp number to message to alert the receptionist. Before paying for our stay we asked to see the dorm room and were questioned why. Turns out the dorm room was quite cramped and the aircon didn't work, resulting in a very hot room even at that time of night. Pool didn't look very clean either. We decided not to stay here and to go elsewhere based on these factors.

הגעתי וישר הבנתי שהמקום שבור. נכנסתי לשים את התיק וישר היה בחדר ריח של רטיבות מהמזגן והרצפה הייתה מלוכלכת, כשביקשתי שינקו היא באה לנקות אבל אמרה שכולם נכנסים אין נעליים ואי אפשר לדאוג שיהיה נקי תמיד. המיטה הייתה מסריחה כאילו לא מחליפים מצעים. המקלחת הייתה בסדר למרות שלא השתמשתי הייתה נראית נקייה.
ביקשתי לבטל את הלילות שלי שם והסכימו להחזיר לי רק על לילה אחד שזה פייר, העובדת בקבלה הייתה מאוד שקועה בטלפון שלה ולא הכי מסבירה פנים.

Welcoming atmosphere and nice breakfast. Anna was a lovely receptionist and I would stay here again.

Pros:

La ubicación es buena y el desayuno está bien por el precio.

Cons:

La recepcionista es poco amable y un tanto hostil.
Un baño es poco para la cantidad de personas en la habitación.
La escalera para acceder a la cama superior es extremadamente incómoda y la ventana no tenía cortina por lo que la luz exterior molesta cuando quieres dormir.

Pros:

The place was clean and everything was good. Good shower and the pool was clean.

Cons:

They made us pay for towels that we give back to them, and i dont get why, but except for that, it was ok.

The location Is very good and the breakfast Is good

Cons:

The ladies on the staff are not very kind. I rented a bike and I pay with 100k, I waited for my change and she said she gave It to me twice, when I looking for It and Say again she didn't give to me, she just take the money and gave to me as nothing, so be careful about it. The beds also were unconfortable, and the door of the 8 beds room Is very noise. The bathroom wasn't really clean.
