Staff was nice and after having to ask for new towels and spray down and wiping down everything my stay was ok. The pric
Pros:

Close to a location I needed to go to. Staff was nice. I asked for a downstairs room and was accommodated.

Cons:

The room needed to be cleaned a little better. There were crumbs on the couch, a dead water bug and dirty spot on the floor, and I also found strands of hair that wasn’t mine on the “clean towels” and some hair on the sink. Luckily I always bring disinfectant spray and cleaning wipes when I stay at a hotel just in case.

I had left some cash money and when i tried to go right to get they didnt allow me till the second shift which was already too late and the house keeping was alrwady gone

Pros:

I accidently left cash money in the and when i realised it i called and instead of trying to help like let me go into room and look for the money their response was not our problem the housekeeping was still there. I couldve gone and talked to them. It just made me feel like they had my hard earned money and kept it.

Pros:

Stayed 3 nights for business and everyone was saying Houston is a bad area. But I felt safe.Quite,clean and comfortable.If need again I will stay there.
