Pan z recepcji - przemiły. ładne widoki
Pros:

Personel, bardzo miły chłopak na recepcji!!! Mega komunikatywny, pomocny i chcący uratować „śniadanie”. Ładny widok z górnego balkonu gdzie jest podawane śniadanie. Widok z balkonu od pokoju również fajny :) wygodne łóżko ale miękkie.

Śniadanie, którego zdjęcie widzicie na bookingu nie doszło do skutku, dostaliśmy po
3 kawałki melona i rogalika. Zapytałam Pana czy to już wszystko to się biedny zestresował i powiedział, że śniadanie normalne jest tylko w sezonie (pobyt w połowie września). Chciał na szybko robić omleta, żeby uratować sytuacje. Brudne lustro, jakieś dziwne opisy po wejściu do pokoju, że jak ubrudzi się ręcznik to płaci się za niego. Jak weszliśmy to nie było papieru toaletowego w łazience nawet. I znowu - miły Pan z recepcji uratował sytuację i zostawił nam papie przy schodach. Ogólnie ok jak na jedną noc ale bardzo dziwne zasady.

Душевне місце з панорамним видом
Pros:

Дуже мила вілла, відчувається, що вкладено душу, гарний вид з балкону, а особливо з тераси, де подається сніданок (хоча це було тільки два кусочки дині і круасан з кавою). Нажаль не було можливості пообідати чи повечеряти, бо сказали, що вже сезон закінчився. Але зовсім поряд на пагорбі є дуже гарний сімейний ресторанчик з приємними цінами і панорамним видом. До моря також декілька хвилин. Приємно, що в номері був фумігатор.

Cons:

Малесенький піддон в душі з незручними короткими шторками, але в підлозі є злив, то можна пережити.

Stosunek jakości do ceny.

Cons:

Określenie że obiekt jest położony przy plaży jest mylne. Do plaży trzeba dojść jakieś 500 metrów. Ale to nie problem. Śniadania były bardzo ubogie (sok, rogalik, dwa małe kawałki melona i kawa jak się poprosi) w niskiej cenie ok, ale młody człowiek obsługiwał wszystkich jak za karę. Czynność którą można zrobić w 5 min, zajmowała mu 20-30 minut. Pokój wygodny, materace ok, klima ok. Jedynie łazienka przestarzała.

Struttura accogliente ma' lontana dal lungomare di Valona, servizio taxi un esagerazione mai vista per uno spostamento di 5 km ti chiedono 20 euro.
Quindi chi preferisce relax assoluto và bene anche perché c'è una spiaggia a soli 200m bellissima, chi invece ha intenzione di uscire tutte le sere deve mettere in preventivo 150/170 euro di taxi settimanale

We were supposed to have breakfast from 08:00 to 10:30. We arrived for breakfast at 08:45, but there were only empty tables and no food available. It felt as though we had been forgotten.
A young staff member, who appeared surprised to see us, asked, “Are you here for breakfast?”. We then had to wait around 35+ minutes. Eventually, we were given a small portion of melon and a croissant with cup of juice, but we could not wait any longer, as we also wanted to go swimming before it became too hot and needed time to pack our things.
This was extremely disappointing and ruined our overall impression of the hotel.
I would also like to understand why the hotel has such an early check-out time of 10:30. This is particularly inconvenient when breakfast is scheduled until 10:30, as it leaves guests with virtually no time to enjoy breakfast and prepare for departure.
We expected a much better level of service, and this experience was not acceptable.

Kann ich nicht beurteilen. Mir wurde per WhatsApp die Stornierung meiner Buchung mitgeteilt, danach sollte ich den Antrag auf Stornierung über Booking erteilen und das etwa 3 Stunden vor meiner Anreise am gleichen Tag.

Goedkoop hotel met magisch dakterras.
Pros:

De kamer was ruim met goede bedden. Airco was aanwezig, alleen de afstandsbediening hiervan ontbrak. Deze hebben we uit de naastgelegen kamer gehaald en werkte. Ontbijt wordt op het dakterras geserveerd waar je een magisch uitzicht hebt over de zee.

Cons:

Staat van het sanitair: kitwerk was niet in de beste staat en de wc bril was kapot. We werden ontvangen door een ouder echtpaar die geen woord Engels praatten, er werd gebeld met de dochter? uiteindelijk alles goedgekomen

Pros:

Sehr nette Rezeptionistin, Lage fußläufig zu einem tollen Strand und schöner Ausblick von der Terasse.

Cons:

Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen (z.B nur kaputte Stühle auf dem Balkon), Badezimmer hat alles, was man braucht, aber das steht auf sehr kleinem Raum (Füße stehen in der Dusche, wenn man auf der Toilette ist).
