An excellent homestay with outstanding hospitality, clean rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere—highly recommended!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Haven Retreat Homestay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the essential amenities. The hosts were incredibly warm, polite, and always ready to help with local guidance and transportation. The property is peaceful, well-maintained, and conveniently located, making it a great choice for exploring Srinagar or staying before the Amarnath Yatra. Overall, it felt safe, welcoming, and like a home away from home.

Nothing significant. Our stay was comfortable, and the hosts ensured everything was taken care of.

Best homestay so far
Pros:

Very cooperative our hosts specially Busra & Mr. Mir Saheb, I came with my pet dog. Very good property , big size room, clean bathroom & dining area. Big lawn for my pet.

Haven Retreat is an amazing place to stay with family and friends. Lovely garden with scenic views. I felt soothed just by looking at those mountains. Great hospitality and super friendly people.

Cons:

There’s were 2-3 power cuts on one day in afternoon.
But that’s a City Issue

Worst Experience at Heaven Retreat Homestay 😡

I recently stayed at Heaven Retreat Homestay and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.

The food quality was extremely poor – not fresh and lacked basic taste. Breakfast was also very bad and not worth it at all. On top of that, there were frequent issues with electricity, which made the stay very uncomfortable.

Overall, the service and facilities did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
