Peaceful seaside stay in Austrian style. Private Beach.
Pros:

The hotel looks like a beautiful castle, preserving its original Austro-Hungarian style. Its greatest advantage is the private beach, with plenty of sun loungers for all guests. Having a private beach creates an incredible sense of peace and privacy.

The sea is wonderfully clean, and the whole atmosphere is truly a balm for the soul. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

Yes, the hotel is quite expensive, but it is absolutely worth it. We originally booked only two nights, but already on the second day we decided to extend our stay to five nights. And we are so glad we did.

A truly wonderful and relaxing stay by the sea. Gardens are also Very nice. Underground parking. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

We only have one point. The hotel dinners are high-quality and tasty; however, around 80–90% of the dishes contain milk or cream. We really appreciated that the kitchen always made an effort to prepare at least one lactose-free dish specifically for us. That was very kind and we are grateful for it.

However, we honestly wonder whether it is necessary to add milk or cream to almost everything, especially in such hot weather. Even otherwise simple dishes, such as pasta or tomato risotto, contained milk or cream. It would be great to have more naturally dairy-free options.

Our second point is the price of dinner. When a hotel charges €50 for dinner, we feel that at least still water should be included. Having to pay extra for basic water on top of an already expensive dinner feels unnecessarily greedy.

Apart from these points, we were very happy with our stay and would still gladly recommend the hotel.

Tökéletes helyszín volt a születésnapunk megünneplésére! A hotel gyönyörűen felszerelt és nagyon tiszta, a személyzet kedvessége és az isteni ételek pedig minden várakozásunkat felülmúlták. A figyelmes születésnapi bekészítés igazán feltette a pontot az i-re, így egy felejthetetlen, emlékezetes időt tölthettünk együtt.

It was the perfect place to celebrate our birthday! The hotel is beautifully appointed and very clean, the staff was friendly and the food was delicious, and the thoughtful birthday preparations really added to the fun, making for an unforgettable and memorable time together.

Das Essen am Buffet war sehr gut.

Leider trübt die neue Übernahme das Erlebnis stark. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Restaurantleiterin für Essen und Reservierungen, sowie Frau Gordana aus dem Barbereich und zwei ältere Mitarbeiterinnen, deren Namen ich leider nicht kenne. Sie halten diesen Betrieb mit ganz viel Einsatz aufrecht.
Aber es sind auch nur Menschen. Aus meiner Sicht ist es ein Wahnsinn, was da von ihnen verlangt wird - und das ohne Unterstützung. Es macht den Anschein, dass einfach zu wenig Personal vor Ort ist. Hier spart der oberste Chef am falschen Platz.
Man merkt allen die Überforderung deutlich an.

Ein Manager war zu keiner Zeit ansprechbar, auch nicht bei Beschwerden. Eine Geschäftsleitung fehlt komplett vor Ort.

Extra ärgerlich beim Abendessen: Uns wurde gesagt bis 21:00 Uhr gibt es Buffet. Um 20:15 Uhr waren Vorspeise und Nachspeise aber schon fast leer.

Schade, denn mit der richtigen Führung und genug Personal hätte das Hotel so viel Potenzial. Das Team um die Restaurantleiterin und Frau Gordana hat es verdient.

Super Lage und ein charmantes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Beste Lage Top Ausstattung sehr geräumige Zimmer. Absolut nettes, höfliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.Komme auf jedem Fall wieder.

Cons:

Es gibt eine Mittagskarte von 1200 bis 1600 Uhr. Diese würde ich auf 1700 Uhr verlängern da mann nach 1600 Uhr nur mehr Getränke bekommt. Zumindest ein Eis sollte man länger bestellen können. Wollte 2x einen Eis Kaffee haben 1x um 1550 Uhr und 1x um 1630 wurde leider immer abgelehnt.

Nagyon nagy szoba volt, saját strand, édes és sós vizes medencék wellnessel. Gyönyörű mediterrán kert, fedett terem garázs, nagyon kedves személyzet. Jó ételek . Pincérek közül kiemelném Márkót és Ernestet.

Cons:

A felettem lévő lakó fürdőszobájának a hangja. Nagyon lehetett hallani mikor zuhanyozik.
