Це - якась китайська копія Хей . На превелике щастя жили тут усього одну ніч , тому що цей недоготель - просто викинуті

Вид на озеро, ліс. Якість сніданків. Інстаграмні фото з СПА. Новий ремонт номерів та готелю. Сучасний дизайн. Можливість раннього поселення без доплати. Тепла вода в басейнах. Римська сауна з ароматом лемонграс. Зручне ліжко.

Cons:

Вартість завищена в два рази. Бюджетна якість оздоблення інтерʼєру що взагалі не відповідає рівню Преміум 5* . Глупе та незручне розміщення спа, спортзалу та ресторану Обрій . Одноманітне спа. На балконах немає жодної приватності .
Відношення персоналу на рецепції після скарг бажає кращого.
Сніданки непогані, але не дотягують до конкурентів які вартують набагато менше.
Передплата задовго перед поселенням.
Відсутність меню бару в спа.
Під вікнами дорога - зранку спати з відкритим вікном - неможливо.

Не работал полотенцесушитель , в тот момент когда жена переодевалась в номер зашли две горничные без стука в дверь.

Сподобався вид з вікна, дзеркало у СПА виглядає стильно та розміри готелю теж вражають, хоча в тих лабіринтах можна загубитися😅

Cons:

На жаль були проблеми з водою у номері та не було гарячої води. Я вважаю, що за такі гроші можна було б відрегулювати ці моменти!
Так само ДУЖЕ НЕ сподобалося ставлення персоналу.
Хотіла спитати куди мені краще заїхати і де зупинитися, а у відповідь отримала якісь насмішки з їхнього боку, що вважаю не нормальним ставленням до клієнтів.
Теж вважаю, що СПА могло б бути більшим на таку кількість клієнтів.
