Pros:

У видовому номері шикарні види, в цьому сенсі саме цей готель дуже виграє. Смачні сніданки, до 12 години, що теж зручно. Гарна територія готелю, дуже зручне розміщення з паркінгом біля топ локацій. Гарний персонал (хоча відчувається що готель досить нещодавно працює і ще все не відточено до рівня до якого він себе відносить)

Cons:

У номері був запах ніби каналізації (саме вранці), це трішки псувало загальний вайб. Залишена собака в сусідньому номері яка гавкала або вранці коли ще спиш або вечером (це не провина готелю, але теж забирає затишок).

Pros:

Гарний і чистий номер, гарний вид з номеру, приємний персонал.

Cons:

Співвідношення ціни/якості не відповідає.
Дуже не зручний перехід між спа зонами, займає багато часу, бо спа розділено на три зони, які знаходяться в різних корпусах на найвищому поверсі, а перехід лише через 2-ий поверх.
В спа дуже мало місць для відпочинку, ми були не в сезон і в будній день і заселення готелю було мінімальне, а лежаків не реально найти вільних в жодному із трьох спа. Можу собі уявити що відбувається в сезон і у вихідні дні.
Те саме сніданок - дуже мало місця на такий великий готель. Зважаючи на розміри готелю мали б задіяти два ресторани під сніданки. Сніданок дуже простий і без різноманіття, всі три дні асортимент страв був однаковий. Страви ледь теплі, дуже слабо підігріваються, поки донесеш до столу все вже повністю холодне. А яєшня взагалі не підігрівається, повністю холодна була. Кава - це окремий квест її отримати, всього три кавоварки, одна була постійно вимкнена, мабуть поламана, інші дві дуже повільно працюють, і періодично щось ламається і треба чекати персонал щоб виправив помилку, черга за кавою постійно.
Не відповідає заявленому рівню і тій вартості точно.

Потенційно - один з найкращих у Буковелі. 10, але поки авансом.
Pros:

Величезний, продуманий, комфортний готель. Чудові СПА, привітний персонал, гарні ресторани, смачні сніданки. А краєвиди це окрема насолода.

Cons:

Не ідеальна підготовка номеру перед заселенням. Були деякі зауваження по чистоті (пил в кімнаті, жовті сліди схожі на іржу на нижніх швах плитки у душовій). В мокрих парних в СПА теж потрібно чистити плитку ретельніше.
