Великолепный уютный и спокойный отель с потрясающим завтраком и отзывчивым персоналом.
Pros:

Внкуснейший и разнообразный завтрак! Вежливые и отзывчивые менеджеры на ресепешн; комфортный номер со всем необходимым(даже в душевой весы есть),а кровать с таким высоким матрасом, на каких я еще не спала никогда! Тишина даже с открытым окном ночью и соседние номера тоже не было слышно. Мягкие ковры, стильный интерьер в отеле. Бассейн и снаружи и внутри,хаммам-всё понравилось.

Pros:

The staff is amazing, very helpful and kind. Very nice hotel. It has everything you are expecting of a 5 stars hotel. Well decorated, swimming pool and terasse are stunning.

Pros:

Идеальный отель! Очень чистый, красивый, новый, современный, удобный. Шикарное месторасположение отеля! Персонал восхитительный! Очень приветливый, дружелюбный, отзывчивый, внимательный и заботливый! Шикарная зона хаммама и внутренний дворик! Не к чему придраться!

Категорически не рекомендую - полное несоответствие ожиданиям и заявленному уровню.
Pros:

Сносный завтрак.

Cons:

Это сносная трешка. Даже не четверка, и никак не пятерка.
Персонал - косячит (они перепутали два номера из заказанных трех и, в целом, даже толком не извинились, не поправили ни одной из проблем, о которых им говорили), при том, что гостиница даже наполовину не была заполнена. Номера довольно старые, кондиционер работает слабо (критично для Самарканда), напор воды слабый (никто не почесался поправить), в фойе нет питьевой воды (для Самарканда летом критично), постельное белье ... оно чистое, но очень дешевое (и некомфортное). Шторы для сна не полностью закрывают окно (окна на юг) ... Для трех звездочек - это было бы все совершенно нормальным, но не для пяти.
Лаунж бар прокурен так, что в него нельзя войти (кальян).

Lovely 3 day stay in Samarkand
Pros:

Lovely hotel and room, well located for all the main sights and nice and quiet by the pool in the courtyard

Very welcoming staff , great location
Pros:

Mr Parviz was very welcoming and helping
The hotel is great in all aspects
They allowed us for early check in and late check out free of charge , the room is very good and hotel location is excellent.

Pieniä yksityiskohtia parantamalla täydellinen!
Pros:

Huone ja hotelli kokonaisuudessaan oli siisti. Uima-allasalue pienehkö mutta viihtyisä. Hieronta oli erittäin hyvä hinta-laatusuhteeltaan. Aulassa on pankkiautomaatti, joka oli hyvä asia!

Cons:

Pyykinpesupalvelu oli kallis ja he kadottivat alusvaatteitamme. Korttikoneet eivät toimineet kunnolla baarissa. Allasalueella voisi tarjoilija käydä kysymässä haluammeko tilata ruokaa/juomaa, nyt piti käydä tilaamassa sisällä mutta baarissa ei ollut aina tarjoilija paikalla. Parvekkeella olisi hyvä olla pöytä + tuolit, jotta parvekkeellisesta huoneesta voisi nauttia.

It was alright
Pros:

It was fine location and somehow clean and the staff were friendly but they were all kids.

Cons:

The water in shower is not stable at all and changes from extremely cold to scolding hot every minute. We informed them about it and they said they’re trying to fix it, but looking at previous reviews from years ago, it seems like it has been a problem that they simply have chosen not to fix. The breakfast was alright but not fresh at all, especially the fruit.

Pros:

The staff at the hotel were amazing. Faridun and Farrux were super helpful, accomodating and so kind. They helped me and my elderly mom with train bookings, sightseeing, etc. The hotel itself was beautiful, the breakfast was very good and our room was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Отель устроил за свою цену
Pros:

Красивый отель, чистый бассейн, хороший завтрак с большим разнообразием. Расположение удачное. До аэропорта 8 минут езды.

Cons:

Единственное: не разобралась как принимать душ, чтобы вода всегда была комфортной температуры. Почему-то то становилась прохладной, прибавляла к горячей, начинал литься кипяток, приходилось каждый раз регулировать.

Great hotel in Samarkand with excellent spa facilities
Pros:

Great facilities! The spa and sauna + hammam were excellent. The outdoor pool and courtyard are also very charming. Great breakfast. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well appointed.

Cons:

Room was on the small side (standard twin room) but very comfortable beds and overall a great experience.

Pros:

Nice hotel with attentive staff. Lobby smelled incredible. Has everything you need. Breakfast is good too. But was often ready a little later than promised
