Uitstekende plek om voor 1-2 dagen te verblijven
Pros:

Lokatie, openbaar zwembad en lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt. Ruime kamers. Lekkere verse jus d’orange.

We kwamen ongeveer een uur vóór de officiële check-in aan. Om zeker te zijn dat alles in orde was, controleerden we via Booking nog eens onze reservering. Volgens Booking was alles bevestigd en in orde. Omdat we wat te vroeg waren, vertelde de receptioniste dat we binnen 15 minuten konden terugkomen om in te checken.

Toen we terugkwamen, sloeg de sfeer volledig om. Plots kregen we te horen dat er een probleem was met onze boeking en werden we daar op een onaangename manier over aangesproken. Als gasten konden wij hier uiteraard niets aan doen. We vonden het erg vreemd dat alles volgens Booking eerst in orde was en er enkele minuten later toch een probleem bleek te zijn. Tot op vandaag weten we niet of de fout bij Booking of bij het hotel lag.

Wat ons vooral tegenviel, was de manier waarop hiermee werd omgegaan. Er was weinig begrip of klantvriendelijkheid, waardoor we ons vanaf het eerste moment niet welkom voelden. Tijdens ons verblijf hadden we bovendien voortdurend het gevoel dat we gecontroleerd werden, wat de sfeer erg ongemakkelijk maakte.

Het ontbijt is erg eenvoudig, dus verwacht daar niet te veel van.

Heel jammer, want de locatie van het hotel is echt goed. Met een warmere ontvangst en een klantvriendelijkere aanpak had onze ervaring er heel anders kunnen uitzien.

Perfecto para ir con bebés, tienen trona y cunita. Desayuno buenísimo. En pleno centro. Hotel muy moderno y limpio. Nos encantó.
