An amazing villa, accomodating and friendly staff and overall great experience!
Pros:

The views from the main villa are gorgeous, the villas are all spread out so it almost feels like you have the place to yourselves. The staff are extremely accommodating and reply on what’s app within minutes, the complimentary driving services are fantastic, we could just book through WhatsApp. Shout out to Donald our driver!

Cons:

We honestly have nothing to report negatively, I just wouldn’t suggest booking one of the villas up the stairs if you have any kind of physical condition that may inhibit you to walk up a fair few stairs.

On était bien chouchouté, le service est excellent, la vue sur elnido de la chambre à couper le souffle

Cons:

Il faut compter 148 escalier pour arriver à la chambre, pour les gens qui ont des problèmes d'articulation ca nz doit pas être évident

Inmejorable experiencia
Pros:

El mejor hotel donde nos hemos alojado. Vistas increíbles, las mejores yo creo de El Nido. Desayuno brutal con varias opciones y lo puedes pedir en la habitación. El personal es super amable, al llegar te dan un collar y un welcome drink. La lavandería está incluida de forma gratuita, el transfer al aeropuerto, el alquiler de la moto, las bebidas del minibar, los kayaks…de verdad que súper recomendable. Está al lado del centro de El Nido pero la calle es tranquila. Tiene una playa delante bonita y el café está buenísimo! Se comunican por WhatsApp y es todo muy ameno. Nos hicieron un upgrade de la habitación a la de arriba del todo y aunque hay que subir más de 150 escalones vale la pena las vistas! Si tenéis oportunidad venid!

great staff, really nice view from the hill room. The kayak activity around villa was exellent. It allows us do snorkling by yourself to see a ot of things in the sea.

Dream villa with stunning views
Pros:

Amazing room with a spectacular view. Everything about the room was well thought out, from the comfortable bed, the pillows, the appliances, to the way the tv was even placed. Everything about the room was perfectly convenient and added to the experience to a luxury stay, without obstructing the magical view which was noticed, and greatly appreciated. The experience of this stay wouldn’t be the same if there weren’t the considerate and accomodating staff helping us with booking our tours, room service, arranging transport to different places etc, to say they work hard is an understatement. Definitely would love to come back again, sad to say goodbye.

Cons:

The very long stairs up to our villa, it didn’t put us off coming again but we are relatively fit and it was still a struggle. I don’t know how the staff go up and down all day. Please consider installing an incline lift to make it more accessible not only to a wider range of clientele, but the hardworking staff that do their best to make the experience as luxurious as possible. I would definitely consider stating on the advert to expect a considerable hike.

Pros:

Tiene todos los servicios incluidos y el personal es súper atento. Además de que está un poco apartado, pero sigues teniendo el nido a un paseito súper corto. Los desayunos en la play son imbatibles.

Cons:

Lo único que nos decepciono es que por las fotos pensábamos que había piscina, pero esa era exclusivo de las villas. Y en la playa que hay al lado no te puedes bañar.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel in El Nido! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the attention to detail was truly impressive.

What really stood out was the incredible service. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely made me feel valued throughout my stay. Their hospitality made the whole experience even more special.

The combination of cleanliness, comfort, excellent service, and the beautiful El Nido atmosphere made this stay unforgettable. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again.

Highly recommended to anyone visiting El Nido! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
