Otelin konumu kadınlar için biraz problemdi onun dışında her şey mükemmeldi. temizlik, rezervasyon vaktimizden önce gitmiş olsak da görevli arkadaşlar oldukça yardımcı oldu. tek sorun kadınlar kısmına olan uzaklıktı.

Location. 7-13 mins walk away from Holy Mosque. Friendliness, ease, and professionalism of the reception staff, especially Fahd Alharby.
Also, the room was tidy and comfortable.

Amazing and Cupid.
Pros:

Everything was so nice. Especially the reception staff.

Cons:

My room was on top floor and in intense heat the was no cold water in the shower. I didn’t mind it but it is something that could have made our stay a bit better.

Very pleasant stay with my wife and two kids.
Pros:

Very nice, clean and spacious room. Brilliant customer service. Fahad Alharbi at reception desk was very helpful. About 10min walk to Al Haram. Check in time was 4pm and we arrived 7am but they still let us check in early at some extra cost.

Cons:

Couldn’t find anything bad about the hotel as long as you are happy to walk a bit to Al Haram.

Konforlu, temiz ve yakın lokasyon
Pros:

Otelden Mescidi Nebevi’ye yürüme olarak 5 dakikada varabiliyorsunuz. Otel yeni ve temiz. Çok misafirperver çalışanları var. Kat hizmetleri çalışanlarından restorandaki arkadaşlara kadar, özellikle resepsiyondaki Hazem kardeşime ilgisinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederim.

The distance from Haram.

Cons:

The staff's overall behaviour extremely rude especially at the reception. Not welcoming at all to the guests. It feels like as if they are paying us to stay at the hotel & not the other way round. To be honest they don't care about the guests at all.. Secondly, the hotel is expensive & the rooms are extremely small and they are not soundproof as claimed. The restaurant in the hotel is not good they need to improve the menu & staff attitude at the restaurant. Overall tbh very bad experience.
