Отдельно хочу отметить сотрудника на ресепшене — очень вежливый, доброжелательный и всегда с улыбкой, старался помочь.

Cons:

К сожалению, отель не оправдал моих ожиданий. Номер оказался довольно тесным, полотенец изначально не было — практически всё приходилось отдельно просить на ресепшене и самостоятельно приносить в номер. Из-за этого сервис показался не очень удобным и внимательным.

Также очень сильно слышен шум из соседних номеров и коридора — голоса и разговоры слышны довольно громко, поэтому спокойно отдохнуть было сложно.

В целом впечатления остались неоднозначные. Есть моменты, которые хотелось бы улучшить, особенно в плане сервиса, шумоизоляции и оснащения номеров.

Чисто в номере

Cons:

Матрасы на кровати твёрдые. Пружины чувствовались
Плесень за бочком туалета. Полатенце с пятнами.. Простынь в черточках от кучки. На ручках тумбочек прикроватный пыль.
