A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals from 20:00–00:00 and EUR 40 for arrivals from 00:00–2:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

La ubicación
Que para tantas habitaciones solo había 1 water, el otro estropegado, el aire estaba muy bajo no se podía dormir del frío, pedimos que lo subieran y me dejaron en la puerta una colcha. Las sábanas limpias pero en el conjunto y los wc, podían mejorarlos de aspecto.
La atención de alicia, pésima. Poquisima limpieza. Un solo inodoro para todas las habitaciones. No se hospeden en center habitaciones Madrid!!!!

Résidence calme et bien au centre ville
J'ai pas bien dormi les trois nuits parce que la ventilation était trop froide et il n'y avais qu'une petite plaide.
Es para viajar solo ya que tiene el lavabo y el WC en la habitacion sin puerta. Las duchas compartidas estaban muy bien y nunca tuve que esperar. Tienen una heladera y microondas comun que te resuelve la vida. Sola vuelvo sin dudarlo!
Podrian ponerle una puerta aunque sea corrediza al baño para ir de a 2. Pero ya estaba avisada. Asi que por mi, muy bien
Boa localizacao, conforto, transporte, proximo a tudo, supermercados e restaurantes. Pessoal da recepcao bem prestativo. Limpeza ok.
Faltam mais um wc, pois tem hora que a coisa pega e, pode NAO dar tempo para esperar

La ubicación y la habitación que nos tocó, con balcón a la calle. Precioso
Los baños compartidos, tenían moho por el techo , las duchas , al ser compartidas (2 duchas y un vater entre las 20 habitaciones que hay más o menos ) dan algo de apuro.
Entiendo que uno de los vater estaba averiado, pero un vater para tantos huéspedes me parece una urgencia como para que quede solucionado ASAP.
Absolutamente nada esta bien
La habitacion estaba sin barrer ya que habian clinex y paquetes d comida debajo de la cama y detras de la puerta, las sabanas tenian manchas raras, y el protector de colchon OLIA A PIS!!
el baño tiene moho en la paredes y techo y el alcantarillado olia super mal.
Lo comente al establecimiento y me sugirieron un cambio de habitación, EL CUAL ESTABA PEOR!! Lleno de polvo y acaros, cuando comente que tengo una alergia severa y un embarazo de 5 meses no me contestaron y booking se lavo las manos

Hay muchos tipos de habitaciones y no sabía que estaba pagando por una que solo cupiera la cama. Muy agobiante.
Me gustó que era bastante tranquilo y sobre todo la ubicación, era muy céntrica.
El sitio no es como las fotos, no tiene ventanas, es oscuro totalmente, cuando llegamos dijeron que porque no se había hecho la reserva, ya se había realizado por Booking, adicionalmente para q no nos dejarán en la calle la señora nos cobró 20 euros adicionales para q nos pudiéramos hospedar malísimo lo más malo q he tomado por Booking
