My only issue was the restaurant. Although it is intertwined with the hotel it’s not actually the same business. So you have a failure point which in my case tarnished the stay a little bit. The owner decided it was appropriate to be rude and surly with me one day for using his tap to fill my water bottle. His ego was exposed and let himself and the restaurant down and in the hotel. I did report the incident as disappointing and got the impression such had happened before. But the hotel won the day with guest experience and service. Bravo.

The size of the room

Parking je dosta skučen, može biti nezgodan, ali ništa nerešivo, pogotovo ako se ne izlazi često. Dešava se da u sobe udju komarci jer nema komarnika. U Vili ima dosta stepenica, pa to može biti nezgodno sa kolicima za bebu, ali se svi nude da pomognu i to u suštini nije do vile, prosto je takav položaj.

Room was a little small for the money and air con didnt chill the room enough .
I hate to say it but after an absolutely amazing main course , I was probably given the worst tiramasu ive had in my life . This was after a " joke " about the chefs having gone home but in hindsight ..... also as much as I dont want to say it , I was quite ill the next day in a toilet manner that can only be attributed to the food I hate hear . Disappointing result when the hotel and location were just fabulous.

Parkplatz sehr eng, aussteigen oft nicht möglich auf der Fahrerseite. Gastronomiekonsumationen mußten sofort bezahlt werden, kein Aufschreiben aufs Zimmer möglich. Keine Kaffeemaschine am Zimmer.

A szobánk nem volt tiszta, szemét volt a földön két helyen is. A minibar nem volt hideg, nem tudja lehűteni magát ebben a melegben és erről tudnak is a szállodában. A mi fürdőszobánkban elég kevés pakolós hely volt, cserében rengeteg szekrény a szobában. Sok lépcső van, lift nincsen. Sajnos, ha egy gyerek sír a szobában, vagy egy kutya ugat, azt hallani minden szobában, ez este 11kor kellemetlen lehet. Nincs annyi napágy, ahány szállóvendég van, bár ebből nekünk nem volt problémánk.

Der WPC-Boden beim Pool ist teilweise gebrochen und wurde stümperhaft geflickt.
Die Duschwand war undicht. Die Parkplätze sind Mangelware und sehr eng.

A design fürdőszoba pénzkidobás volt csúszós padló, nincs fogas, nincs pipere-polc, az ablakpárkányra kellett rakni a borotvát, gogkrémet, fogkefét, stb. A zuhany ajtó nem zár, így a víz kifröcsölt, a márványpadló csúszós lett.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Das Zimmer war leider viel zu warm. Außerdem ist die Pool Area etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
