Pros:

The front of house staff were amazing and the managers and the breakfast staff. There was a disconnect in service in the bar and it was incredibly slow and forgetful of orders. However, the view is amazing, the rooms are gorgeous and luxurious. The food was nice and the drinks when they came were nice. Really just a training up issue I suspect with new staff.

Lovely hotel, highly recommended.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, wonderful views over the Portrush Golf complex. Staff were excellent, as was breakfast. Ideally located for the beach, golf or visiting Giants Causeway. Superb room, wonderful shower and very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Little disappointed with menu choice for the evening meal, thought there would be more fish on the menu, but seemed to concentrate on steaks.

Superb hotel and the best room I have ever stayed in.
Pros:

A warm welcome on arrival and a complimentary drink in the bar while our bags were taken to our room and I knew we were in for a great stay. The bar was very comfortable with widely spaced tables, i.e. not cramped, and very tastefully decorated.
A member of staff (Andrew) took us to our room which was jaw dropping, incredibly spacious and again very tastefully put together. Andrew explained where everything was, how to operate the heating and AC as well as the mini bar. The bathroom was superb, a large free standing bath, large walk in shower with rainfall and handheld shower attachments - I understand this is important as lady guests don't always want to get their hair wet while showering. The room itself had a corner sofa, 3 other sitting chairs, a place to work from, dining table and a very large comfortable bed. The views over the 4th hole of the Dunluce course at Royal Portrush were particularly pleasing to me. Overall an absolutely superb stay, we really didn't want to leave and will definitely return.

Cons:

My only gripe would be having to specifically request a breakfast menu so we could eat in our room the next morning. Usually there is the breakfast card that goes on the outside of the door but I had to phone down to order a menu. It may be worth looking into a QR code ordering system. Oh and there was no butter with the toast at breakfast but I'm really scratching at something to find that wasn't good.

The staff and restaurant were superb, we would love to return.

Beautiful spot, the hotel was full of ambience despite being new.
Lovely staff, delicious breakfast with plenty to choose from.
The suite was very spacious and most comfortable being very well designed in all respects.
Great service across the board.

Pleasant borderline value for money on a Monday night in mid march
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, super choice, nice helpful staff

Cons:

No ambiance music playing in the bar while we were eating, hear a pin drop .
A spa facility with no sauna, no good enough in the current hotel climate.
Poor bar ambience after food. People not encouraged to use the lounge after dinner .
