Pros:

Останавливались только переночевать. За небольшие деньги очень чистый и комфортный номер. Спасибо!

Cons:

Рано утром, около 5 утра, было очень шумно. Громко и долго кто-то разговаривал за дверью. Когда впереди долгая дорога, очень нужен спокойный сон.

Pretty quiet, inexpensive, gets the job done.
Pros:

This property is near a place I want to go to for personal business. It delivers: private room, quiet, good shower, all that. It's in a decent area with plenty of inexpensive eating options. Nice area to walk around in. Good bus connections to everywhere else.

Cons:

Cushier mattress? I didn't really have any problems with the place. I'm just going to use this slot to say more things I like about it. Each room apparently has a balcony, too. Not a super frilly balcony, but you can sit out there and take in the evening air. Chill place.

Cost effective good night's sleep
Pros:

I needed a room to myself within walking distance of where I was going in Tbilisi. This place did the trick. It does help if you can speak some Georgian, but check in and check out were easy. It was reasonably quiet and there were lots of food options nearby.

Cons:

The light coming in through the windows even at night was a bit much. I am not sure if they use blackout curtains. That's easily fixed with a blindfold. It's decently inexpensive, so it's very good. Nothing really to complain about.
