Zona excelenta
Pros:

Foarte aproape de plaja Koukounaries, de padurea Mandraki, de rezervatia naturala Strofillias.
Statia 25 de autobuz este foarte aproape, ca si cateva taverne foarte dragute, cat si 2 supermarketuri.
Locatia are de asemenea o piscina foarte frumoasa.
Un mare plus este balconul foarte mare si ca zona este foarte linistita.

Cons:

Am locuit la camera nr 4. Nu stiu daca la toate camere este asa, dar minusurile au fost ca apa de la dus miroasea urat cand ii dadeai drumul, iar accesul la confelatorul frigiderului era imposibip, nu se deachidea usa din cauza spatiului. Un alt minus a fost dat de o specie de furnici foarte mari care erau in maera, in zona chicinetei.
De asemenea la baie nu aveam nici un fel de sapun sau gel de dus, hart8a igienica nu a fost schimbata niciodata si nici prosoapele. In penultima zi nu a mai venit nimebi de la room service. De altfel, cei de la room service doar maturau, sau faceau patul ( nu schimbau prosoape, nu aduceau hartie igienica noua etc..)

Overall, it offers excellent value for money
Pros:

The location is excellent, just a short walk from restaurants and only 10 minutes from Koukounaries Beach. The pool is lovely, and the garden filled with beautiful oleanders and olive trees creates a peaceful atmosphere. We didn’t even need to use AC, as the room stayed pleasantly cool.

Cons:

The cleanliness was good overall. However, I did not like that the towels were quite worn and were only changed upon request.

Pros:

Hotelanlage war grundsätzlich gepflegt, Pool war sauber, was aber auch der Standard sein sollte.

Cons:

- Erster Eindruck sehr schwach, wir wurden von einem Jungen zu einer Unterkunft geführt die 100m von der eigentlichen Unterkunft weg war.
- Die Unterkunft war schmutzig, obwohl die Putzfrau täglich kam wir hatten 3 Tage ein Handtuch zu wenig mit welchem wir die Füsse nach dem Duschen reinigen wollten.
- Kühlschrank war so kalt eingestellt dass die Esswaren gleich gefrohren sein.
- Zimmer heizt sich extrem stark auf Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig.
- Wann man über die Supportnummer jemand versucht zu erreichen, spricht man mit einem Griechen mit sehr gebrochenem Englisch, über den Chat wird nicht geantwortet, man erhält aber am letzten Tag eine Nachricht wie es einem gefallen hat... wtf...
- Küchenausstattung war sehr bescheiden an der Anzahl, sehr schmutzig, das einzige Messer war stumpf.
- Zahlung muss man über einen Link machen welche über Mail kommt natürlich zuerst Scam Verdacht, bis das mit dem Booking Team geklärt war...
- Wir möchten nur so unsere Erfahreungen teilen, wir sind im Grossen und ganzen Entäuscht von der Unterkunft

Pros:

Beautiful place, great pool, clean and close to beaches and restaurants.
Easy to reach by bus (stop 25)- go left at Panorama hotel and then go straight through the green gate.
Cleaning done daily.
Owners helpful when asked for a transfer contact.

Cons:

Furniture quite old and kitchen supplies could be refreshed (eg add bowls for milk or sponge for dish washing).
No soap or shower gel provided, so be aware to bring your own. Also no hair dryer available.

Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι.
Το καθημερινό room service.

Cons:

Το ac στο ένα δωμάτιο μετά από κάποια θερμοκρασία έκανε πολύ θόρυβο.
Στο ντους δεν υπήρχε κουρτίνα.
Υπήρχε κατι στην ταράτσα που όταν φυσούσε έκανε επισης πολύ θόρυβο.

Pros:

Spokoj. Bliskość plaz. Super basen. Kameralna atmosfera. Blisko przystanku nr 25, skąd od 7 rano do 1 w nocy kursuje autobus. Super restauracja SouvLake w zasiegu spaceru. Na plus klimatyzacja.

Cons:

Ręczniki sa bardzo stare. Duzo owadów w pokoju, ktore wlatują z zewnatrz. Stary sprzęt w mieszkaniu i mam zastrzeżenia co do czystosci w półkach. Brak podstawowych środków czystosci jak mydło.

A peaceful stay in a lovely location close to everything, although the arrival was a bit stressful.
Pros:

A very good location within walking distance of several beaches, restaurants, and small supermarkets. The walk to the beaches was easy and not too steep. The property was set back from the main road, so it felt quiet and peaceful, with the forest nearby.

Cons:

There was some confusion when we arrived, as our booking could not be found even though it was confirmed in the Booking app and already paid for. Also, the first room did not match the description, but this was eventually resolved and we were given another room.

Lovely complex in an excellent location
Pros:

Loved the location, set back from the road in quiet, well kept gardens with a beautiful pool area. We had a double deluxe room…room 1, ground floor overlooking the pool. The room looked recently refurbished, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the air con worked well. The cleaner: I think her name was Veronica, was a lovely girl and really looked after us.

Cons:

No one there to meet and check us in as pre arranged. We were a little delayed arriving as we were travelling from another island and relying on ferry and bus. I did message the villa to advise them of the delay. After wandering around the complex for 10 minutes another guest told us which door to knock on and we were shown to our room. No WiFi password details in the room so had to message for that the following day.
Not a big thing and wouldn’t stop us staying there again, just wasn’t the warm Greek welcome we are used to.

Pas de panneau indicatif (le GPS nousenvoie à côté) Pas d'accueil (difficulté pour trouver quelqu'un pour nous indiquer notre studio).Insuffisance d'équipements (pas de poêle ni éponge ni liquide àvaisselle, etc...)

Pros:

Location is great, quiet and away from the main street. Cleaning is done daily which we appreciated very much.

Cons:

Be careful when booking since the property has a few rooms which are not part of the main villa, but 100m away. They are still nice, but the views are not the same.
