Pros:

I didn't like anything
Was advertised with car park this so called hotel don't have car park
And the left me with small child on middle the road to wait for someone from hotel because was no one only cleaner cleaning the rooms and was not even nice smell at hotel

Cons:

Was nothing to like i won't suggest anyone

Pros:

The room was perfect and well equipped, but what really deserves the 10/10 is Eduard. We spent two nights at the hotel - one before Valbonë and Theth and one after - and both times he greeted us with a smile and really went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable, easy and stress free as possible. Someone give that man a raise!

Amazing staff - highly recommend
Pros:

The man Eduart was so kind and so helpful and even gave us a later checkout at no extra charge. He helped with parking and was available over message at any time. The room was clean and well maintained and the location is great as it’s right at the start of the main Shkoder area.

Cons:

Relatively difficult to find however message or call the number and they help straight away

Pros:

The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful, he assisted us with parking and answered all our questions, including recommendations on where to go around the area. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel is perfectly located in the centre. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation über Whatsapp und vor Ort auf Englisch hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Zimmer waren modern, geräumig und sehr sauber.
Alles in allem war es ein super Aufenthalt.
