Perfect short stay in Llanelli
Pros:

We arrived later than planned but were warmly welcomed and quickly checked in and shown our room. The room was clean and comfortable and perfect for our requirement.

It was just perfect Sarosh was so helpful and made our stay so welcome 🤗

Cons:

Only disappointment was we put out for room service for new amenities and towels but wasn’t done only down side but went down stairs and got some more

The hotel was of very poor quality. The staff were poorly trained, unprofessional, and willing to put the safety of guests at risk.
