The staff were excellent and very attentive, making sure we were happy with everything each time we saw them. The location is good and we had our own parking spot each day.

Lovely room with a big comfortable bed and great shower. Very friendly and helpful staff to welcome us. Location close to lakes, park and beach.
The walk up from the train station was worrying as lots of litter etc but this only lasts for a road.

Location is convenient for what I need, the price is definitely competitive and the staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
Very clean, very helpful and happy staff even carried my bag to the room. Ample parking at the back. The fan was fantastic as arrived in heat wave. Very comfortable beds. Teas, coffees,, chocolate, biscuits,water etc. Upgraded to king-size on arrival for no extra charge. Modern and comfortable.
Only reason for not giving a 10/10 was the shower kept dripping after turning off and took a while to get to the right temperature, no big deal.

Lack of facilities for breakfast
The man on reception was fantastic. It was fully booked but he still brought an ironing board up to the room. The little rooms off to the side were lovely to sit in. Although they don't do food there was still a seating area with a microwave. Our room was spotlessly clean and the decor was really lovely with a main light but two decent side lights and plenty of plugs! Also a decent cooling fan which was good for the heat.
No bar. But everything else was lovely and if you take your own drink there's a lovely outdoor seating area to.

TV reception wasn't very good.
The owner was exceptionally accommodating and moved me to a ground floor room as my allocated room was upstairs and too hot to stay in due to the ongoing warmer weather.

Located 10 min from the train station, and 5 min from the bay, this is the perfect place to have ba relaxing time. I enjoyed the proximity to the bay both on foot (walked all the way through the Costal Park to the Sandpiper restaurant) and on bike (rental bike near the station, rode all the way up to Tywin and back down to the Wetland Center). I was given a free upgrade from Budget Single to Double room. The room was small but very comfortable.
Even though I let staff now well in advance that I wanted to leave some luggage at reception after check-out at 8, at 8 in the morning there was no one there. A shame! (I might have had to call the phone number provided, but it seems wierd to me that no one is present at the reception at that time of day.)
