Smooth check-in, friendly staff, comfortable, cozy room with everything you need, convenient, good lighting, in addition to sockets there were also charging stations for smartphones. Availability of a coffee machine and tea station in the lobby. Soft carpeting.
There were no napkins in the room. We have stayed at other, less expensive hotels in Chisinau, and napkins were always provided. There is no night lighting in the room, so we had to leave the bright bathroom light on overnight. It was also very noisy outside due to the busy street right under our windows. During booking process, there was no option to select a "room only" rate without breakfast. Upon check-in, we informed the staff about our early check-out before the official breakfast hours and asked if we could get breakfast earlier, in our previous hotel experiences, this was always an option, and the staff usually informed us about it in advance. The receptionist told us that the hotel does not offer this service (even though breakfast was mandatory during booking) and suggested using the tea and coffee station in the lobby instead. However, when we came down to the lobby around 6:00 AM, the coffee machine was switched off, making it impossible to get coffee. There was no staff around to ask for help. Finally, during check-out, we (and other guests as we saw) had to wait for the receptionist. There was no call bell at the front desk, so we had to waste time searching for the staff.

Остались очень довольны гостиницей! Прекрасное место для проживания в Кишинёве — отличное расположение, всё необходимое находится рядом.
Отдельно хочется отметить персонал: очень приветливые, внимательные и доброжелательные люди. Чувствуется профессиональное отношение к гостям и желание действительно сделать пребывание комфортным.
В гостинице чисто, уютно и приятно находиться. Всё организовано на хорошем уровне, без лишней суеты.
Мы с женой прекрасно провели здесь время и с удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова и приедем ещё обязательно.Спасибо всему персоналу за гостеприимство и хорошее отношение к гостям!

Завтрак как день сурка, нормально для тех кто на один - два дня , но если ты там неделю то каждый день одно и тоже это жах ...
Думаю можно добавить немного разных сыров и колбас хотя бы .
Душевые кабины не очень удобные в том смысле что сам душ уже потрепало временем и на нем есть налет камня , да и нет не двери не шторки и воду выбрызгивает на пол .
А так все шикарно 🔥 и мы очень довольны.

Ресторану для сніданку - не має. Багато гостей змушені шккати собі місце з тарілкою на ресепшені, у маленькій кава-брейк залі тощо....
