Rooms were very modern and the bed and room facilities itself was good
Make sure there is parking first before booking, reserve before booking! Staff not very helpful, called up to discuss parking, told would get a call back and never did. Day of arrival, sign stating no breakfast and as travelling with children this wasn’t great and no communication from the hotel to inform us of this, hence why we chose this hotel, breakfast and parking. Yes the rooms were good, the bathroom looked clean, however there was dirt around the shower basin. Comms from the staff, you may as well just set up a WhatsApp group with them as clearly like using WhatsApp. When mentioning ideas, I was told I’ll speak with manager and did I hear anything back… Your right, no I didn’t.
The hotel building really needs to renovate asap. Needs to be upgraded inside and outside.
Room rent was extremely high we paid £275 per night but honestly it wasn’t even one star hotel and as per hotel conditions the rent shouldn’t be more than maximum £70 or £80 per night in peak season and off peak even less. Parking system needs to be improved it’s bloody awful. And there should be access from parking to the building and parking needs to be improved as well. It’s really not worth at all to pay £550 for to nights. They should at least include breakfast but unfortunately nothing.

Very old warn out building from in & out and old smelly carpets in corridors and in the rooms. Really need up-gradation.

Perfect location
I liked the location and the balcony and the view, i also lokes the idea of the smart room
The room floor was very slanted which made the bed slanted and the white bed sheets and faint stains on them,
I was happy with the service, but sad that there was no breakfast. We were told that the person who cookes the breakfast was sick, I hope that you can employ another person, so that the breakfast can be on the menu, if this happens again, because the breakfast is the frst meal of the day, and it sets a person up for the rest of the day.

Rarely any staff around, generally the hotel decor needs a little TLC,
No breakfast service the week we were staying.
