Didn't work for me as the lack of friendliness of a host made me feel unwanted.
Pros:

Room is adequate and comfortable for the price. Good AC & hot water. My stay however was effected by a surly host/manager that made me feel uncomfortable so I moved. He did let me use his bike to get to the shops, luckily as they are quite a distance from homestay

Cons:

The host/ manager must be different than in the previous reviews either that or he just didn't like me.

Pros:

- Phòng tầng trên có thể ra ban công ngắm chợ nổi buổi sáng và hoàng hôn buổi chiều.
- Vị trí gần cạnh điểm du lịch, chợ khá tiện lợi. Ngay bờ kè sông buổi chiều có thả diều khá chill

Cons:

- Khi đến nhận phòng, nhận sai phòng đã book. Phòng xấu và cũ hơn. Nhưng do đến khá tối nên đành ở tạm
- Không gian bếp rất dơ, đóng bụi. Gia vị nhiều loại đã hết hsd.

Great value for the money.
Pros:

Great service provided by the gentleman. He arranged for me the boat to the floating market. He also helped me buy the sleeper bus ticket. The place is right next to the river.

Cons:

It is quite far from the restaurants. Require a long walk or taxi via grab.

Great place to stay to visit Can Tho morning market
Pros:

So clean and perfect location to visit the can tho market early. Staff were accommodating- organized our tour of the can tho market and we could rent a motorbike from them directly.

Cons:

The bed is just a mattress on the floor albeit comfortable and the floor is SO clean

Wouldn’t recommend Grandmas, the staff are very friendly and helpful and organized a good tour on the river for us

Pros:

Definitely recommend to book the boat tour to the floating market with them, their driver is an extremely sweet and warm woman and it feels much more of an authentic experience
