My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The behavior of the hotel staff was arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. Despite making a booking for a room with a special bed, I was not provided the room that I had specifically reserved. This shows a complete lack of commitment to customer service.

To make matters worse, the room telephone was not working throughout my entire stay, and the issue was never resolved despite informing the staff. Their response to my concerns was indifferent and unhelpful.

I expected much better service and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this hotel unless they significantly improve their customer service and ensure they honor confirmed bookings.

Liked everything except the horrible staff at the reception
