Camera molto piccola ma tutto sommato pulita.
Il servizio pessimo durante la colazione…mancavano posate, piatti, bicchieri ma soprattutto non venivano rifornite tempestivamente le pietanze quando mancavano.

We’re absolutely delighted! It’s worth booking full board. It offers the best value for money.
Pros:

We were particularly impressed by the food, available for a nominal extra charge. That’s why I’d like to tell you about it. We paid for full-board accommodation. I paid an extra 20% of the BB accommodation cost for the whole family and enjoyed wonderful lunches and dinners throughout our stay. For that price, it was simply incredible. Every day we were given a menu with a choice of dishes. There were four courses for both lunch and dinner, three of which you could choose from. There were three options each for antipasti, first courses and main courses. The food was very varied. There was always a selection of pasta with different fillings, plenty of seafood, meat and desserts. I’d never come across such a deal for that price in Italy before.
The hotel itself isn’t new, but it’s very clean and well-kept. It’s family-run. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They keep a close eye on everything and maintain the place to a high standard. The rooms have everything you need. For the price, the facilities are excellent.
The location is brilliant. It’s very close to the beach. The sea and the beach are ideal for children.
I was offered a parking space near the hotel for 10 euros a day.
The hotel exceeded our expectations for the price. We’d planned to book a few nights with the option to cut back on meals, but ended up with wonderful, generous meals. We were fed as if in a restaurant, almost for free.
I’d definitely recommend it!

Tutto molto bene, staff super gentile, simpatico e disponibile

Cons:

Dopo la prima notte sono entrati al mattino per la pulizia della stanza ma noi eravamo ancora dentro. Quando siamo usciti lo abbiamo segnalato alle donne che erano ancora sul piano ma quando nel tardo pomeriggio siamo rientrati la stanza non era più stata fatta. Ci è molto dispiaciuto perché siamo stati molto bene. Giusto più attenzione a questo genere di imprevisti

Abbiamo alloggiato una notte. All'arrivo ci sono stati chiesti i documenti che non sono stati riconsegnati nell'immediato e neanche una volta fatto il check out. Ci accorgiamo dell'imprevisto arrivati a casa la sera (Bologna) e contattiamo immediatamente la struttura per sapere come riaverli in tempi celeri vista la necessità. Non troppo convinti e solamente dietro nostra richiesta, ci dicono che avrebbero trovato il modo di spedirli in maniera sicura. Martedì sera li contatto io(nonostante avessi chiesto che mi telefonassero loro, ma niente da fare) per aver informazioni relative alla spedizione visto che non mi era stato comunicato ancora nulla, e vengo a sapere che non erano riusciti a spedirli per via della troppa fila presso il punto spedizioni, quindi avrebbero tentato un'altra soluzione il giorno seguente. Mercoledì verso orario di pranzo vengo chiamata dalla figlia della proprietaria che dice quanto segue: "abbiamo contattato un corriere: il costo è di 25 euro" che indovina un po', avremmo dovuto pagare noi. Morale della favola per avere i documenti siamo dovuti tornare alla struttura a riprenderceli altrimenti sarebbero restati là chissà quanto tempo. Tutto questo per non voler fare la fila in posta per mandare una raccomandata considerando che l'accaduto era colpa loro. Un comportamento ridicolo da parte dei gestori.
