Ha estat una estada tranquila
Pros:

L'atenció, la situació de l'hotel i la neteja

Cons:

No hi havia escobeta del wc, falta d'endolls ald altres llits, tots estaven centrats a una tauleta i els altres llits no disposaven de possibilitat d'endollar mòbil.

Hotel limpio, el personal con el que coincidimos fue muy amable.

Cons:

El check in se hace frente a una pantalla con alguien que ves a saber donde está.
Las habitaciones y baños estan un poco dejados/antiguos.
Las fotos que salen en Booking no son como la realidad.

The hotel is modern and comfortable, and the staff are really nice people. Totally good vibes from the moment we arrived. They stored bicycles for us too. The attached restaurant is the best in town. Definitely stay here if you are Tafalla.

Nada. Solo se salva la chica que atiende los desayunos y la recepción por la mañana.

Desde el Checking por la pantalla,un recepcionista antipático. La habitación decepcionante, a pesar de haber reservado una doble superior. Solo una mesita de noche. El baño del año maricastaña. El desayuno bastante pobre…..

No había recepción, te hablaban por videollamada. Instalaciones antiguas, habitación con techo desconchado. Me pareció caro para lo que es.

La ubicació en el centre de Tafalla es bona. Les habitacions son netas i cómodes. El sopar en el restaurant anex a l'hotel es excelent.

Cons:

L'esmorzar es de calitat i bo pero poc variat. A més semblava que estiguessin esperant a que marxessis per reposar els croissants....
El check-in on line parlant amb una persona a través d' una càmara no afavoreix el contacte humà.

Hotel en el centro urbano con habitaciones un tanto anticuadas
Pros:

Hotel situado en el centro urbano. Zona de mesas con microondas donde puedes comprar algo y tomártelo. Se puede aparcar relativamente cerca en la calle.

Cons:

Detalles de limpieza. Suelo de moqueta. Habitaciones un tanto anticuadas. Al menos por la tarde/noche, no hay nadie en recepción y el check-in se hace por videoconferencia a través de un panel, lleva su tiempo.
