Lovely staff and great location, only let down was that my room had not been cleaned when I arrived at 9pm

The location was great

Cons:

Sadly when I checked in my room had not been cleaned so I was moved into a different room for the first night and then had to move again the next day as that room was booked for the following night. It wasn’t the end of the world but was a little inconvenient

I liked the fact the room felt cosy.
Kettle and fridge in room, and fan

Cons:

Parking space very limited, no staff to receive guests, very impersonal, tiny room.

Pros:

Booked last minute for my son and his friend, was essy to book and the lady who let them in was lovely on the phone.

Cons:

Only thing wrong was there was food left in the fridge on arrival

The only bad mark is for the lack of hot water in the morning.
Pros:

The location. Someone answered the phone as soon as I arrived and guided me in. It was comfortable and quiet. After the entry I had a key for the front for and my room.

Cons:

There was no hot water in the morning. I had to boil kettles and strip wash

Avoid at all cost
Pros:

Nothing….

Cons:

- Strange smell around the building and inside the bedroom

- felt unsafe

- ended up not staying and left within an hour

- this is literally a warehouse that was converted into individual rooms
