It is a room only hotel so we had all our meals out. a lot to see in the area.
Pros:

We were moved to a different room as there was a fault with the sink. This room was better and the bed was of good quality. The place is central and has a car park. It has a very industrial outlook.

Cons:

The bed in the first room was not good quality and uncomfortable.It needs to be changed. We had a poor nights sleep and considered leaving, even though we were booked for 3 nights. The last 2 nights in the second room was fine.

Pros:

Fresh and new bathroom

Cons:

The room had clearly been cleaned: the towels were fresh and the shower cubicle was clean. However, the carpets were old, and the fabric-covered end of the bed was visibly very dirty and stained, as though sweat and dirt had built up over time. This made the whole room feel unhygienic, even though it had been cleaned. I found it so unpleasant that I had to cover it with a towel to feel comfortable.

Good stay in the heart of the town.
Pros:

The room was clean and tidy and it is situation in the heart of the town, which is very convenient.

Cons:

I expected the TV to work and there were a few issues with it, but the staff were on it and eventually got it sorted. I was also without hot water for the night, but that was sorted the next morning, as I was staying for 2 nights. The staff were very helpful and once these issues were sorted out, which they were, I was happy with the rest of my stay.

theater visit
Pros:

this property was excellent
close to the town just 5 minutes Walk and only a 5 minute drive to the theater
free on site parking witch is always a bonus would highly recommend for exploring the local areas
had a fridge in room witch is really good plenty of tea and coffee

Cons:

no breakfast option but plenty of cafes in town

Very accommodating staff
Pros:

The staff were really helpful and very accommodating. The rooms were kept clean and tidy and overall just a lovely experience for my employees.

The name of the place sums it up adequately but good value.
Pros:

The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was especially good with a large shower and plenty of hot water.
The bed was comfortable and the room had a couch, an armchair and coffee table in a sitting area.
Once we had found the place we discovered quickly that it was very close to all the shopping and restaurants that we needed and we were able to easily walk there.

Cons:

The place was a little difficult to find. Google maps sent us to the wrong place. The host at the place had to describe a route to get there through a lot of one way streets.
