Preis/Leistung stimmen hier leider gar nicht, alles in allem eine teure Enttäuschung.

Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Leider kann ich die vorherigen Bewertungen zu diesem “Hotel“ nicht teilen. Wir haben 1 Woche in diesem Hotel gebucht und waren eher enttäuscht. Die hübschen Bilder im Netz haben mit der Realität leide nur recht wenig zu tun. Hier handelt es sich eher um eine in die Jahre gekommene Pension als um ein Hotel, dass man mit etwas Farbe und ein paar Deko Elementen in den Zimmern wieder aufgefrischt hat

Das Frühstück in den Körben ist nett gemeint, nur war der Inhalt (ein paar Fertigprodukte) nichts für uns. Die Brotauswahl waren 2 Scheiben Weißbrot in einer Papiertüte, Wurst und Käse gab es in Tupperboxen im Kühlschrank zur Selbstbedienung, Kaffee gab es in Pappbechern aus der Senseo Maschine. Es gab je 1 gekochtes Ei pro Person, keine sonstigen Eierspeisen.
Das Frühstück hat den Flair einer Surflodge für jüngeres Publikum, für uns war das leider nichts.

Das schlimmste ist jedoch die direkt am Hotel vorbeiführende Landstraße, die es einem unmöglich macht eine ruhige Nacht zu haben, schlafen nur mit geschlossenem Fenster oder Ohrstöpsel, sich Nchmittags entspannt auf den Balkon zu setzten ist unmöglich, die Lärmbelästigung der Straße ist extrem. Die Zimmer sind klein, dunkel und sehr hellhörig. Es findet keine tägliche Reinigung statt. Der Zimmersafe lag unbefestigt auf einem Brett in der Toilette, Wertsachen sicher zu verwahren ist leider nicht möglich. Der “Pool“ ist eine größere Badewanne.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Kynthia. The property is beautifully renovated and decorated in a unique boho Mediterranean style, with beautifully designed, clean and comfortable rooms. George was an exceptional host, genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. We also really loved the relaxed breakfast concept in the garden and a very pet-friendly environment. There are beautiful beaches nearby, and the location is perfect for exploring Sithonia by car. A truly special and peaceful place to stay. We would happily come back! 🌿☀️

Pros:

Original, special, different from everything, decorated in boho Mediterranean style. It's a pleasure to be in the room. The accommodation is located by the road, about 15 minutes from Neos Marmaras and about 15 minutes drive to Nikiti, where you can take a walk in the evening. There are 3 beaches nearby, 2 wild with very little shade, 1 decorated with umbrellas, and a bar where the food is correct. We have only words of praise for the owner Jorgos. As for the breakfast, even it is original, you get it in beautiful baskets, and every day there is a selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. It was a pleasure, thank you Jorgos!

Pros:

We stayed at Kynthia for just one night and had a lovely experience. George, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The hotel is also pet-friendly, so we got to spend some time with the wonderful dogs around the property, which we really enjoyed.

The property has been beautifully renovated, and the rooms are very nicely designed. Everything was comfortable and clean. There is also a beautiful beach within walking distance, which was a big plus. Having a car is useful, though, if you want to go out for dinner or explore the surrounding area in the evening.

Breakfast has a relaxed, self-service concept. Fresh bread is served in a basket, and you can choose things like cheese, olives and cold cuts from the fridge and enjoy breakfast either in your room or in the garden. There is also a coffee machine and a juicer for fresh orange juice. The shared kitchen in the garden is available to guests as well, so you can prepare your own meals if you like.

Overall, Kynthia has a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Thank you, George, for the warm welcome!

Pros:

George and Katarina were wonderful hosts, warm and very friendly and made us feel like home. The rooms were perfectly equipped, the bed very nice. The region is perfect for exploring the crystal clear waters. Snorkeling and diving was amazing, the sea is healthy and there are thousands of fish and healthy corals to see. We went diving with nomad divers in Marmaras, warm recommendations also for them (George from nomad diving was similar like George from Kynthia a warm, chill and friendly guy - diving all in all perfect.)

Would go there anytime and sad to go home now.

One star defection in location, because the hotel is located next to a Main Street so staying outdoors, in busy times you will hear the cars. The rooms were very quiet though!

Pros:

Staying at Kynthia was a wonderful experience: it is tastefully designed, refreshingly different. The bed was extra comfortable. Loved the ceiling fan: we didn't even have to use the air conditioning. George is really special: he is professional, friendly, and relatable. The staff is constantly working to improve the experience: while previous comments mentioned monotonous breakfasts (the basket is just overly cute!), the outdoor kitchen has a wonderful selection of local products: fruits, vegetables (some picked from the small garden on the property), cheeses, milk, cold cuts. Just ask George where you can find them. Parking is extra safe, and there is almost constant shade from the trees along the fence. It is also a good starting point to explore Sithonia by car, as it is along the main road, so no trouble getting in and out of the yard. There are dozens of beaches nearby.

Beautiful place for relaxing vacation
Pros:

It’s very beautiful and relaxing place. We were there with our dog (Aki) and we loved how he can walk around freely and enjoy in the garden. All people who work there are kind and helpful. We will definitely come back :)

Pros:

Гостеприимство хозяев, дизайн номера, уютный дворик и терасса на крыше, завтрак и парковка во дворе. И друг для нашей собаки :-)) И тихий пляж через дорогу. Мы отлично провели время и с радостью вернемся!

Tesis merkezden uzak olmasına karşın oda büyüklüğü içinde jakuzi barındıracak kadar yeterliydi.
