Pros:

hôtel très bien situé, style industriel très beau et à la fois très étonnant. Piscine petite. Personnel très sympathique et serviable

No dia em que cheguei, me colocaram em quarto inferior ao que eu tinha reservado. Reclamei no dia seguinte e eles me transferiram para o quarto de acordo com a reserva. No entanto, não houve pedido de desculpas, nem nenhuma compensação. A recepção era muito mal treinada.

Cute place, stinky superior suite and rude front desk
Pros:

The hotel itself was cute and in a good location. Room was large and clean

Cons:

I booked a suite with a terrace. When I got to the hotel, the suite I got did not have a terrace even though the suite I got said it would come with one (on both booking . com and the official hotel site). When I brought this up to the staff, they were rude and did not believe me until I physically pointed out where it said it on both websites. They then told me it was a mistake on their part but until I called them out for their poor service for being rude and on the defense rather than hearing me out. The room I had also had an awful plumbing smell. You can tell they knew about this because they had an automatic air freshner in the room that would spray every few minutes. It covered up the smell somewhat but at night I would have to turn it off because it was loud and the smell was very unbearable.

We had a good stay, the place is clean and it was nice to stay there. Loved the way they make it look different.

Pros:

The room had no window and the air would be trapped in, so we had to open the door, no ventilation whatsoever

Cons:

The pool was dirty, def did not want to go in it, maybe if not dirty pretty stained black on the bottom, overall I had way better expetcations with the photos but is seems they just optimize for that.

They even have a space that can be used as a terrace but its just not, its a trash heep.

Pros:

The location is good, close to some useful bus routes and walking distance to lots of good stuff. The breakfast is really nice and available up until 12. Rooms are comfortable and come with snacks.

Cons:

I never managed to get hot water in the shower during my three day stay. The pool is kind of open to the street so it feels a bit awkward/exposed to use.

La ubicación es excelente, la alberca es muy linda y es muy limpio.

Cons:

Desde muy temprano ponen música muy fuerte, parece que les tiene sin cuidado el descanso de los huéspedes, es terrible porque se los informamos y no hubo respuesta. Eso baja mucho la calidad de la experiencia. La ventilación e iluminación son insuficientes.
