Delightful and unique boutique hotel situated just outside Malacahuello and about 20-30 minutes drive from Corralco ski area. The hospitality provided by James, including advice on the local area, snow sports and mountains, was excellent as was the food prepared by Chris; both breakfast and dinner. Would highly recommend, especially for couples.

Una experiencia realmente maravillosa de principio a fin. El lugar es simplemente hermoso, mucho más de lo que esperábamos. Todo está cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle, se nota la dedicación, el cariño y la preocupación por entregar una experiencia especial. El ambiente es precioso, acogedor, tranquilo y muy agradable, perfecto para desconectarse, descansar y disfrutar.

Pero si hay algo que realmente hace que este lugar sea especial, es su anfitrión. Sin duda, uno de los mejores anfitriones que hemos tenido. Desde el primer momento fue extremadamente amable, atento y preocupado por cada detalle. Siempre estuvo disponible para ayudarnos, responder nuestras preguntas y asegurarse de que nuestra estadía fuera lo más cómoda y agradable posible, pero sin ser invasivo.

Se nota que no se preocupa solamente de ofrecer un lugar donde alojarse, sino de que sus huéspedes realmente se sientan bienvenidos y puedan disfrutar de una experiencia inolvidable. Ese nivel de atención y hospitalidad marca una diferencia enorme.

El lugar es maravilloso, pero la calidad humana y la dedicación del anfitrión lo hacen todavía más especial. Nos vamos muy felices, agradecidos y con muchísimas ganas de volver.

Calidad, comodidad y accesibilidad

Spectra Lodge was an awesome experience! Host Chris and James were both welcoming and excited to show us their unique property. They have poured there heart and soul into this place and it shows. They built this property from the ground up. The rooms were super clean. We stay in the woodland forest and it was sooo cool. The attention to detail was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the hot tub was brand new and tucked away privately in the forest. It was a castle paradise. They have the sweetest dog and even the owner showed us the ski hill and the town. I would definitely recommend if your in the malalcahuello area to stay at the spectra lodge. Muy buenas las opciones de desayuno, excelente la ubicacion, facil de llegar, respecto del cetro de ski a 20 min y 5 min de los mejores rentales. La atencion muy calida, el anfitrion muy atento en todo momento, no solo para cualquier cosa que se necesita en la estancia sino fuera de esta, info de rentals, tips de ski y snowboard, tecnica, cuidado de equipo.

Hotel boutique ubicado en los hermosos parajes de la araucanía andina. Destacar la atención recibida por sus anfitriones, James y Chris, que en todo momento se preocupan que esté todo en orden.
Las habitaciones son temáticas, de tamaño adecuado. El desayuno muy sabroso, con 4 opciones a elegir.

La tematica de las habitaciones era muy entretenida y bien lograda, el lugar es muy tranquilo, buen acceso.
Buena comida, agua bien caliente en la ducha, desayuno bueno. Y por sobre todo muy bien atendidos por sus dueños, quienes además son muy simpaticos y James nos dio muchos datos de malalcahuello e incluso de ogros lados ya que maneja mucha información del rubro turístico.

En primer lugar la atencion personalizada de James y Kris es increíble, te sientes como de visita en casa de unos amigos. Super original la decoración, realmente se la jugaron con su fantasía. Muy rica la comida, pero el desayuno es apoteosico, listo para ir a esquiar a Corralco sin hambre hasta las 17 hrs. Muy buena experiencia.

Nos encantó! Fuimos con la intención de disfrutar una experiencia más que un lugar para dormir, y todo superó nuestras expectativas. El hotel tiene 4 habitaciones con diferentes temáticas, y cada una es especial. Nosotros nos quedamos en la habitación de las pociones, y queremos quedarnos en la habitación de los vampiros apenas esté lista. El lugar en sí es maravilloso, cada detalle está muy pensado (y tiene muchísimos detalles). El desayuno es delicio! Y tienes la opción de cenar también. Muy recomendable!

Spectra Lodge is an amazing place. The design is stunning, the bed is comfortable, and the hospitality is world-class. Every detail—from the delicious breakfast and dinner to the peaceful mountain atmosphere—was spot on. There are lots of charming items in the rooms and main area, which in a normal location could become a bit messy, but everything is truly spotless with not a speck of dust to be found! James is a great host with a lot of knowledge of the surrounding area. He can help you plan your stay and even your follow-up itinerary if you want. Highly recommended.

La hospitalidad de los anfitriones, excelente desayuno y una cena distendida con buen vino y riquisima comida. Volveremos sin duda a ver como se desarrolla este concepto

Man fährt durch diese stille, majestätische Landschaft – und plötzlich steht da dieses kleine Wunder aus Holz, Wärme und Gastfreundschaft. Ich hatte das Gefühl: Das hier ist kein normales Hotel, das ist ein Ort mit Herz.

Chris und James sind Gastgeber, die die seltene Kunst beherrschen, gleichzeitig entspannt und unglaublich aufmerksam zu sein. Ich glaube fast, sie konnten schon von Weitem erkennen, ob ich Lust auf Abenteuer, Ruhe oder ein zweites Glas Wein habe.

Mein Zimmer war unglaublich gemütlich und mit unzähligen liebevollen Details - Motto Hexenzimmer - eingerichtet. Und dieser Blick! Es sah aus, als hätte jemand Vulkan und Berge extra vor meinem Fenster perfekt arrangiert.

Das Frühstück war excellent. Frisch, liebevoll, jedes Detail durchdacht.

Dazu die Umgebung: heiße Quellen, Vulkane, Nationalparks – ein riesiger Naturspielplatz direkt vor der Tür. Selbst mein Auto schien glücklicher zu sein.

Die Spectra Lodge ist für mich ein Zaubertrick. Kaum angekommen – und schon war die Welt langsamer, schöner und alles fühlte sich so richtig an. Ich komme wieder!

We loved our stay at Spectra Lodge. The rooms are super well decorated as well as the main room of the lodge. We really feel we are in a fairy tale! We were sleeping in the enchanted forest room with a huge comfortable bed it was hard to get out from after a nice sleep! James and Kris took care of us so well. Kris cooked very good breakfast and full dinner. In addition, dinner and drinks were at a very fair price. James gave us a lot of information on what to do in the area but also in sur chico as he lived several years in pucon. He planned different day trips for us to choose from. We really felt home with a five star service. We also enjoyed playing with their dog Taika and petting their cat Maple (or at least trying to), they're so cute! Now that we're gone we're already feeling nostalgic about this place. I really recommend this small lodge!
