Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war super, direkt an der Talstation und Bushaltestelle.

Cons:

Die Balkonbestuhlung ist grenzwertig: defekt und verrostet. Kein Tisch auf dem Balkon.
Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen.

Das Frühstück ist eher überschaubar. Aufbacksemmeln und Kaffee aus dem Mengenbrüher muss man nicht haben!

Pros:

Der freundliche Empfang an der Rezeption hat uns gleich sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war absolut sauber, mit einem bequemen Bett sowie einem schönen Balkon ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war bestens und mit viel Auswahl. Abends haben wir sehr gut im hauseigenen Restaurant „A-la-carte“ gegessen. Nach unseren Wanderungen waren der Indoorpool, die Sauna und das Dampfbad die perfekte Erholung. Das Personal und die Chefs sind unglaublich herzlich und nehmen sich gerne Zeit für ein nettes Gespräch. Wir können das Haus gerne empfehlen!

Une nuit sur la route du retour
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné en famille une nuit dans cet hôtel. Nous avons pris le repas du soir au restaurant à la carte et avons même pu commander un dessert après l'heure de fermeture officielle de la cuisine. Merci à la serveuse pour sa gentillesse. L'endroit est calme et charmant. Les enfants ont profité de la piscine.

Cons:

La taxe pour la "Wildschönau Premium Card" est prélevée d'office même si l'on est seulement de passage. Dommage mais nous le saurons à l'avenir.

Il panorama e la camera spaziosa.

Cons:

La camera presentava una moquette visibilmente sporca e i letti erano sfondati e scomodi. Bagno piccolo, cieco e senza aspiratore. La colazione era limitata e con poca varietà. A peggiorare l'esperienza è stata la totale mancanza di trasparenza al momento del check-out: mi è stato addebitato sul conto il costo di una Premium Card della quale non ero mai stato informato in precedenza.

Mooie locatie maar geen gastvrij Hotel.
Pros:

De ligging was goed. De bedden lagen heerlijk en we hadden een ruime kamer met balkon.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was erg slecht. Slecht georganiseerd, werd slecht bijgevuld, koffie was slecht. Geen keus in broodjes, alleen witte broodjes. Er was geen vers fruit. Tafels werden niet af geruimd zodat er steeds geen plaats was. We moesten zelfs bij andere mensen aan een tafel zitten. En dat voor €20,- als je dit los bijboekt. Niet best. Het zwembad was erg vuil, een trappetje was stuk en zo te zien was dit al lang het geval. Het lijkt er op dat ze alleen geld willen verdienen en geen sevice willen bieden. Je voelt je hier geen gast.

Ekendigt hotel, det værste vi har prøvet i Østrig

Personalet, værelset
Vi fik direkte at vide, at når vi havde halvpension, skulle vi spise hurtigt og ikke være i vejen for ala carte kunderne.
Den 1 aften var der så heller ikke lige plads til os, så vi sad helt alene i et andet lokale…
På værelse var der hul i gulvet og en stol vi ikke turde sidde på.
Online indtjek virkede ikke…
