Sauber und Solide.
Pros:

Das Personal wahr sehr nett. Es war sauber. Solide, wenn man einfach nur ein Bett benötigt. Wir waren im Sommer zu Gast. Im Winter kann ich es mir als Partyhotel sehr gut vorstellen auf Grund der Lage!

Wer nicht viel braucht, kann es guten Gewissens buchen!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt wie eine Zeitreise in die 90er Jahre. Das Frühstück war leider sehr schlecht. Die Zimmer sind zum Flur absolut hellhörig. Der Wellnessbereich ist renovierungsbedürftig.

Keine Empfehlung, so etwas gibt es in der Wildschönau besser, an jeder Ecke, und auf anderen Plattformen!!!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Bergblick hat hier jeder! Der dazugehörige Parkplatz ist relativ weit entfernt auf einem unbewachten unbeleuchteten Ackergrundstück.

Cons:

Unverschämte Preisgestaltung von booking.com. Es wird eine Ausbuchung suggeriert und der Preis um über 70% erhöht. Vor Ort oder auch am nächsten Tag bei booking.com hätte man um 70% günstiger buchen können. Der österreichische Zahlungsdienstleister buchte aber sofort nach der Buchung ab. Tatsächlich war das Hotel fast leer. Frühstück armselig, völlig geschmackloser lauwarmer Kaffee aus der 5 Liter Kanne! Rührei in traurigem Zustand und sonntags früh gar nicht mehr verfügbar. Kein Bacon oder ähnliches. Wir fragen uns, wer das tatsächlich als gut empfunden hat. Das Badezimmer winzig und altbacken, wohl aus den 70er Jahren. Zu alldem wird man noch bei der Schlussrechnung übervorteilt. Doppelte Kurtaxe und Kosten für nicht verlangte PremiumCard, zusammen 63€ werden in Rechnung gestellt und auch nach Beschwerde nicht erstattet. Booking.com unternimmt nichts!
