Maravilloso, atención con calor humano.
Pros:

La ubicación excelente. Fuimos recibidos con mucha amabilidad , el desayuno rico y nutritivo. Tuvimos una estadía muy buena con la familia. Lo recomendaré a amigos y familiares.

Super Lage, guter Preis, tolles Frühstück. Ein extra Plus ist der Chef: freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Pros:

Super Lage: sehr nah am hübschen Zentrum von Ayacucho gelegen. Zu Fuß im Zentrum und auch außerhalb ist viel Beeindruckendes zu erleben.
Mein Zimmer war nicht groß, aber voll zufriedenstellend. Die heiße Dusche war ein Genuss.
Das Frühstück war lecker und viel.

Pros:

Breakfast was great, the staff were all really friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower was really nice and warm and the location was very central and near to all of the local attractions.

Pros:

Excelente atención, super atentos a lo que necesitabamos. Los cuartos son chicos pero acogedores y tienen todo lo que necesitas.
Buena ubicación también, 3-4 cuadras de la plaza

Toda la experiencia fue muy buena, habitaciones bien iluminadas y limpias, tienen todo lo necesario para una estadía placentera. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno súper completo.

Pros:

This was my favourite stay in a month of being in Peru. It was relaxed and comfortable. Great location, Easy to walk everywhere. Daniel was the best host, he was so happy to help in any way possible. I was travelling alone and I enjoyed chatting to Daniel over breakfast... he cooked the best scrambled eggs and delicious coffee. I was made to feel so welcome and a bonus I could enjoy a conversation in English with my host. I would highly recommend staying here.

Buena experiencia, excelente ubicación
Pros:

Ubicación, limpieza y amabilidad... Me ayudaron con consejos y todos mis requerimientos (taxi, secador de pelo, te en la tarde, etc... )

Cons:

Para personas con problemas en las rodillas puede ser complejo, ya que si o si se debe subir un piso. Aparte de eso todo es excelente.

Great Staff, Central Location & Delicious Breakfast
Pros:

Staff were super friendly, the location is excellent in the city center, the décor is very nice, and I really liked the breakfast, especially the fresh fruit, which was delicious.

Perfect stay in Ayacucho!
Pros:

Everything! Great location and excellent value for money! The room is spacious enough and with everything one might need (a wardrobe, small desk, hangers, private bathroom with hot shower!).
However the highlight is the customer service: Mr Marlon treated us with such warmth and attentiveness during our whole stay (4 full days). He was checking on us and asking if there was anything we needed (tours. Info, restaurant recommendations etc).
We really enjoyed our stay at Retablo hotel!
