Categories

Cleanliness
9.5
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness (e.g., “super clean”, “Temizlik”), so cleanliness is rated very highly.
Service
7
Several negative mentions about staff and procedures (room given away, staff ‘dienst nach Vorschrift’, payment/staff issues) lower the service score.
Location
10
Location is repeatedly highlighted as excellent across reviews (Konumu çok iyi, Konum mükemmel, zentrale Lage, position/accessibility), so location is rated at the top.
Room Quality
9.5
Room comfort and presentation are praised (comfortable bed, ‘very beautiful and just like the pictures’, nice view, quiet); one minor issue with lack of view noted, but overall room quality is very strong.
Amenities
8
Mostly adequate amenities noted, but a specific negative (bathroom heater not working) reduces the amenities score slightly.
Value for Money
10
Explicit positive comments about price/quality and value (worth for the money, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis) support a top rating for value.
Food and Beverage
9
No mentions of food or beverage in the reviews; per rules this category is set to the target overall rating.
Overall Experience
9
Overall impressions are largely positive (many enthusiastic comments) but include at least one severe negative incident; the net overall experience aligns with the target rating.

Pros:

Service was really impressive. It was built in 2019 however it has been so well maintained that it looks like it was only built last year.

Exceptional value and wonderful location.

The family run business was evident in the service and cleanliness!
