El hotel es un alojamiento reformado pero de casas típicas de hace años

Cons:

El personal. La habitación no funcionaba el aire acondicionado no el wifi. Se les avisó del problema al entrar y no repararon nada, ni nos cambiaron de habitación. Cuando volvimos a quejarnos por la noche porque hacía más calor dentro de la habitación (unos 37 grados) que fuera en la calle, ya era de noche y no nos daban solución pedimos ventiladores que nos dejaron pero que venían de la cocina y olían y no funcionaban bien. Un desastre la verdad. Reclamamos una compensación y no han respondido. Un trato realmente malo para el cliente. Una pena. Adjunto fotos.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, das Tradition und modernen Komfort verbindet
Pros:

Ein restauriertes altes Gebäude mit geschmackvoll eingerichteten sauberen Zimmern. Der wunderschöne Innenhof mit den vielen Pflanzen läd zum gemütlichen Essen ein.
Ein Parkplatz war kostenlos vorhanden.
Das Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir sehr früh abgefahren sind. Aber es gab ein ausreichendes Lunchpaket.
Es sind nur wenige Minuten bis zur Altstadt von Shkodra.

We booked this hotel last minute as another hotel cancelled our booking and it was a blessing in disguise! Absolutely gorgeous hotel with so much character. The beds were comfy and it is well located for the centre (10 min walk max). The food (breakfasts and dinner) was phenomenal and there were actually lots of Albanians eating at the restaurant in the evening.

Many guests left luggage for a few days while they go to the mountains - definitely a good option if you wanted to do a trip to Lumi i Shales or Theth/ Valbona.

Pros:

Great location, loved that it is a historic property, food was excellent, and the music during dinner was delightful. Loved all the old bikes and various antiques throughout. They were also able to help arrange tickets for transport to Theth and from Valbone for our home so we could take the Komen Ferry and that was very helpful.

Cons:

I liked everything.

A truly special Albanian experience!
Pros:

Hotel Tradita was so much more than just a place to stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt surrounded by Albanian history, culture and tradition. The whole hotel has so much character and atmosphere, with beautiful traditional details that make you feel as though you are experiencing a little piece of old Shkodër.

Our room was lovely, comfortable and full of charm, and the entire property has such a warm and authentic feel. The food was delicious and enjoying it in such beautiful surroundings made the experience even more special.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality really added to the experience.

If you are visiting Shkodër and want somewhere memorable rather than just another hotel, Tradita is the place to stay. Full of soul, history and Albanian hospitality. We loved it and would return without hesitation.

Een verzorgd en charmant hotel waar het authentieke, oude karakter van het gebouw mooi behouden is gebleven. De kamers zijn goed verzorgd en voorzien van alle nodige faciliteiten. Ook kun je er heerlijk genieten van traditionele Albanese gerechten in de gezellige Tosk en Gegë - Restaurant Tradita. Zeker een fijne plek voor wie houdt van sfeer, comfort en lekker eten.

Decent rooms but unhelpful staff and loud singing make it less than ideal
Pros:

The hotel is very traditional and they gave us a decently sized room near the back of the hotel. This was appreciated once we realised the live, loud singing in the restaurant downstairs was every night. It was comfortable and we enjoyed the working aircon and hot showers. The location is a 5-10 minute walk into the main pedestrian area of Shkodër and they do offer free parking (if they have enough room).

Cons:

The staff weren't friendly. They were civil but didn't go out of their way to be helpful. We asked two different staff members about laundry service and got two different answers. The last answer we received is they don't offer laundry service and you can walk down the road to a laundromat. The valet parking isn't optional as they pack the carpark as full as possible so they will need to keep your keys and move your car constantly. If you have a hire car, this could be problematic. Our car was fine but they did box it in on the street so tightly we needed them to get it back out. The live singing every night is loud and disruptive and made having an early night (before 11am) difficult.
