Pros:

Bellissimo albergo in stile tradizionale., camera spaziosa fornita di tutto, ciabatte,mini frigorifero asciugacapelli, prodotti da bagno e dal nostro terrazzino avevamo una bella vista del cortile interno.. Ristorante ottimo dove offrono piatti tradizionali e la location è suggestiva con cantante e camerieri in abito tradizionale

Cons:

Per arrivare alla camera era necessario attraversare il cortile interno e salire tre rampe di scale, in caso di pioggia non è il massimo. Il letto era scomodo a causa di un avvallamento nella zona centrale

Great stay in the middle of a busy town.
Pros:

Great breakfast and the staff prepared a breakfast to go for us when we had an early excursion. There was Albanian dancing and a great restaurant. Great atmosphere and the staff were very helpful and polite. They also had on site parking which they parked for us.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only aspect we did not particularly enjoy was the live music in the hotel courtyard during the evening. Guests looking for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere at night may find this disturbing. We were traveling with children, and the noise from the live music made it more difficult for them to rest. However, for guests who enjoy live entertainment and a lively atmosphere, this may be a positive feature.

Slice of "old Albania" worth experiencing amongst so many characterless new hotels
Pros:

There are plenty of new characterless "designer" hotels in Shkoder but we're please we stayed here. Should have also stayed for dinner which is stand-out quality but explored the city and ate elsewhere. Don't do it. Eat there.

Cons:

Better lighting in the room. Be warned there is music at nights in the restaurant. Might bother some, not us. It is faded, old and to some a bit tourist "ye olde worlde" - but it stood out in a good way against much bland modernity.

Interesting property with a cycling theme in a swanky town close to beautiful mountains,lake and castle.
Pros:

Interesting older property with various additions completed in a similar style. A lot of effort has gone into creating an authentic atmosphere that really works. Because of this it’s a busy place and feels quite the tourist destination, some will like very much. Good dinner, but relatively expensive. Breakfast was plentiful and self service.
Evening entertainment was a bonus.

Cons:

Bit pricey, but my choice from whats available in town.

Funcionários pouco simpáticos. Quando chegámos tinhamos o chuveiro partido e o secador do cabelo não funcionava, éramos 4 e no dia seguinte apenas nos deram 2 toalhas novas, serviço prestado ficou a desejar.

Pros:

Ubicación en el centro de la ciudad, 10 min andando de la zona céntrica de la ciudad, aparcamiento privado. El hotel tradicional, al estilo albanés , habitaciones decoradas preciosas, el edificio en el que está es antiguo del s. 17. Personal muy amable y servicial.
El mejor desayuno que hemos tenido de los 8 hoteles que hemos cambiado, simplemente espectacular. El comedor al aire libre es espectacular. Y las cenas es para no perderlas , comida tradicional, riquísimo todo, mucho para elegir, con música en directo y un ambiente increíble.

Traditional house with stylish comfortable rooms and friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel had a lot of character as it is an old property with a lovely courtyard and flowers. The room was gorgeous in the old style but with modern bathroom and an amazing bathroom door with a mirror on one side and a carpet on the other.
The beds and pillows were super comfortable memory foam. The breakfast and restaurant were very good. Dinner is in the courtyard and they have a singer every night with dancing on Saturday night, a lot of fun.

Cons:

The singing continues until 11pm but the noise did not bother us.
