Jó zuhany, kényelmes ágy, nagyobb hűtő az egész nap a várost járó túristának ezek a legfontosabbak.
Pros:

Kettőnknek a három ágyas szoba nagyon tágas vot. Kényelmes volt az ágy, az ágynemű, törölközők nagyon tiszták voltak. Nagyobb hűtőben az 1literes üdítők is elfértek. A zuhany tágas, mindig volt forró víz, bár a nyomás nem mindig volt nagy.
A szoba teljesen besötétíthető volt, aki azt szereti. Kisbolt kb. 300 méterre, ott érhető el a helyi vásárló utca, ami a környékből adódóan olcsóbb, mint a turisták által látogatottabb helyek. A buszmegálló 500 méterre elérhető, idén már volt felüljáró lifttel, ami így kényemesebbé tette a szállás elérhetőségét. A légkondi a mi szobánkban jól működött, de a barátainknál alig, a másik szobából pedig át is költöztek, met az adott szobában egyáltalán nem működött.

Cons:

A szoba polcai, párkánya, padlója poros volt. Az ablakok a szerkezeti kialakítása fix ablak és alul kifelé billenthető, így csak kívülről tisztítható, ezért nagyon koszos volt. A fürdőben nincs a tükörnél lámpa, csak egy a mennyezeten, gyenge fénnyel. A szobában is csak félhomály van. Nincs a nagy törörlközőnek tartó, ahova használat után ki lehetne teríteni. A kézi törölköző tartója kijár a falból. Az előszoba részen az akasztós fogast hiányoltuk. A szekrénybe csak 3 db vállfa volt, ami kettőnknek kevés volt, hogy a ruháinkat felakasszuk.
WC papírt többször kérni kellett, mert nem készítették be. Szemetet 8 nap alatt csak egyszer vitték ki. A környék lakóövezet, óvoda, iskola, ahol hétköznep délután 5-ig hangosan szól a kicsengető és becsengető szignál. A szomszéd ház tűzfalának egy része leomlott, a Hotel bejáratától 10 m-re, de szerecsére nem történt személyi sérülés. A recepciósok nem igen kezdeményeznek kommunikációt. Idén nem lehetett reggelit kérni, bár kávét lehetett kapni a recepció mellett.

Pros:

parking onsite (7euro / day), spacious rooms (1 or 2 bathrooms), clean, nice staff English-speaking, lift, inexpensive daily rate, location with a lot of inexpensive local shops, street vendors, and cantinas around.

Cons:

Nothing serious, few minor inconveniences: a bit noisy outside (kindergarten), location is challenging to get to/from. The room was a bit cold for early May without heating and AC not working

Good value for money
Pros:

Aderans Hotel is a nice hotel, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious. Everything in the room was great: very clean, a large bathroom, comfortable beds, and even a fridge. Just one small thing to improve: there was a coffee machine but no mugs provided.
As for the location, it’s not right in the city center, but still very convenient — only about a 5-minute taxi ride from Taksim Square. The neighborhood is not the most fashionable, but it’s perfect if you want to experience the real Istanbul and be surrounded by locals. There are also many small traditional cafés nearby where you can enjoy a nice and inexpensive breakfast in the morning.

Cons:

The only negative point for me was that there was nobody at reception during the night, and it was impossible to reach anyone by phone or email. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed, so I arrived a couple of hours later than expected. Even though I tried to call ahead to inform them, nobody answered. When I arrived at the hotel, I could get into the lobby, but there was still no one there. I tried calling again, knocked on a door, and even spoke with the parking attendant, who told me that unfortunately nobody would be available until the morning.
My advice would be to agree on your arrival time with the hotel in advance — and hope there are no unexpected delays!

La ubicación es buena, está cerca de la zona Galata y Taksim, de la zona histórica está lejos.

Cons:

El baño estaba bastante sucio, una noche tuvimos goteras del techo sin saber de donde procedía y por la mañana nos encontramos el suelo mojado. No dimos parte porque no hubo desperfectos y solo sucedió una noche. Además, solo coincidimos una noche con el chico de recepción en las 4 noches de estancia, ni tan siquiera hicimos check in.
