Pros:

Мы проживали в этом отеле и в целом остались довольны. Номера комфортные, удобные, есть всё необходимое для проживания. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, всегда старается помочь.

Расположение отеля тоже удобное — рядом магазины и транспорт.

Единственный минус — хотелось бы, чтобы лучше уделяли внимание чистоте в номерах и уборке. В остальном всё понравилось.

Disgusting staff...dodgy and sketchy....
Pros:

Only the location....
I booked privately for 8 nights
And then 1 night with booking.com
However it was a mistake to book here.

Cons:

Definitely the Staff
They donot understand English
And the one receptionist was extremely rude...
She refused to give me an invoice ..for my stay ...
She further charged me for a stain on the sheet which was a fruit stain...which I offered to take to the laundromat...but she refused...
Saying.it was their policy
What was suspicious was she refused to to give me an official invoice or receipt for the cash I paid her....very sketchy behavior...when u pay for sumthin officially and ethically you are required to give a receipt.. the behavior was extremely dodgy...
The breakfast was pathetic...
The attitude was horrible...
This was my 5th stay in istanbul and trust me this hotel was by far the worst.
We chose it for location but made a terrible mistake....
I cannot believe they refused to guve me any .receipts...
How are they running a hotel?????
There's no kettle....the rooms are sooooooo tiny you cannot even walk around...
Constant noise....
If u choosing location then go ahead but be prepared to deal with arrogant sketchy behavior.
Booking.com really needs to intervene and give a stern warning against this kind of behavior . .

Pros:

Все понравилось! Отлично расположен, пешком до главных достопримечательностей, чисто и уютно. Удобный матрац и подушки. Смарт тв, подключили свой аккаунт. В номере тихо. Сам номер конечно маленький, но для центра и на одну ночь вполне достаточно. Завтрак на террасе. Самое приятное- камера хранения. В день выезда оставили сумки и целый день гуляли, а вечером спокойно их забрали. Спасибо огромное!

В целом отель полностью соответствовал моим ожиданиям.
Pros:

Симпатичный небольшой отель, интерьер в классическом стиле, рядом линия Т1 и в пешей доступности станция Vezneciler линии метро М2, 5 минут до Гранд Базара, две остановки трамвая или 20 минут пешком до Айя-София и Голубой мечети, в паре кварталов хорошая локанта с русскоязычным поваром Валентиной, которую зовут сразу как слышат русскую речь) в номере смарт ТВ с youtube, хороший завтрак, не самый разнообразный, но голодным вы точно не уйдете, один из главных плюсов терраса с отличным видом на море, доступ на нее открыт в любое время, после дня прогулок на ней отлично скоротать вечер под бутылку вина или пару пива.

Cons:

Как писали уже в комментариях номера выглядят уставшими и местами просят ремонта, хотя сантехника Grohe по ощущениям была свежей, мы останавливались на пару ночей и я не сильно привередливый, поэтому состояние номера не было решающим фактором, отсутствует прачечная.

Gündüz vardiyasında görev yapan resepsiyon görevlisine sıcak karşılaması, mükemmel hizmeti ve sakinlere gerekli konforu sağladığı için teşekkür ederim.

Cons:

Geceleri mahalledeki kamyonların gürültüsü o kadar rahatsız edici ki, uyumanızı engelliyor.

Pros:

I loves the location and breakfast. It has really nice terrace and rooms. It’s a very good location and all of the staff are nice.

Cons:

The only thing that i didn’t like was the cleanliness, it could be more clean when it comes to beadsheets. There was a lot of hair on our bed and toilet wasn’t very clean.
