Great stay, lovely host. Very caring. Every morning they brought freshly baked bun, which was so kind of them!!

Unfortunately, the accommodation did not fully meet our expectations.
Pros:

The property is located near one of the best beaches we visited on the island, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

The staff was nice and helpful throughout our stay. One evening, while we were playing some games outside and got a little noisy, they kindly let us know that we were disturbing the surroundings, so we moved our games indoors. After that, there were no further issues or complaints, even though we may have occasionally made some noise.

Cons:

We were expecting two separate bedrooms, but the accommodation consisted of one bedroom and a living room with two beds. The living room is also the only access to the bathroom and kitchenette, meaning that anyone staying in the bedroom has to pass through the other couple’s sleeping area to use them. As we were two couples, one of them travelling with a 4-year-old child, this arrangement offered very little privacy.

The beds in the living room were extremely uncomfortable, with mattresses that were very hard and made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The Wi-Fi connection was also very poor and barely worked during our stay. Mobile phone reception in the accommodation was also very limited.

Regarding cleanliness, the higher surfaces had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival. We wanted to place some clothes on top of the only wardrobe available for five people, but found a noticeable layer of dust there.

Esperienza a Naxos
Pros:

La posizione è ottima, a piedi si raggiunge facilmente Agia Anna e Agios Prokopios.
La casa aveva due spazi esterni dove mangiare con i tavolini, la cucina era fornita e ci cambiavano quasi tutti i giorni gli asciugamani.
L’host ci ha prestato l’ombrellone per il mare, i racchettoni e ci forniva tutte le mattine pane fresco.

Cons:

I fornelli sono in ghisa quindi ci mettono tanto tempo per scaldarsi, un po’ vecchi.
Non ci hanno fornito per tutto il soggiorno il ferro da stiro, ce lo hanno dato gentilmente solo quando glielo abbiamo chiesto in chat, ma tolto subito il giorno dopo senza chiederci nulla quando sono venuti a pulire.
Ci hanno fornito lo zampirone, ma non c’era un accendino in casa e, visto che non fumiamo, abbiamo dovuto comprarne uno noi.
Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo dovuto aspettare 30 minuti che arrivasse L’host per accoglierci.

Lovely, Clean Stay in a Great Location Near the Beach in Agia Anna
Pros:

The place was very nice, clean, and well maintained, and we had a very pleasant stay overall. One particularly thoughtful touch was that the staff brought us fresh bread every morning, which we really appreciated.

There is also plenty of parking space available, which makes things very convenient, especially if you are travelling by car. The location is another major advantage: the property is very well situated, just around 50–100 metres from a lovely beach, so you can easily walk there within a minute or two.

Overall, the combination of cleanliness, convenience, friendly service, easy parking, and the excellent location close to the beach made the stay very enjoyable.

Cons:

There were a few small things that could make the stay even more comfortable.

First, there was no shampoo or shower gel provided (and they told me that they do not provide them in general). Of course, this is not a major issue once you realise it and have the chance to go out and buy some, but it does mean that the first shower may have to be with just water! It would either be helpful to provide a small amount of shampoo and shower gel, or simply mention in advance that guests should bring their own.

It is also a very nice touch that fresh bread is delivered every day, and there are a few individual jam portions available. However, the jam alone is not really enough to make a proper breakfast. Had we known beforehand that bread would be provided daily, we would happily have brought some butter, cheese, or other things to go with it. As it was, the first morning was basically bread with jam only! Again, this is something very easy to solve simply by giving guests a little more information in advance.

Finally, there was a noticeable smell of mould or dampness coming from the cupboard underneath the kitchen sink. This did not particularly bother us or affect our stay, but it is something that would be worth checking and fixing, as it would improve the overall condition of the kitchen area.

These are all relatively minor points and easily addressed, but taking care of them (or informing guests in advance) would make the arrival and first day noticeably smoother and more comfortable.

Casa pulita e funzionale in una posizione comoda per raggiungere le spiagge più belle di Agia Anna, Agia Prokopios e Maragas. Ogni giorno la casa viene pulita e vengono rifatti i letti. La proprietaria ci ha fatto trovare fuori dalla porta il pane fresco ogni mattina! Ottima permanenza!

Excellent location, very clean, minutes away (on foot) from a great beach (not affected by winds), ample parking onsite, close to the best taverna of the island (Gorgona), a friendly cleaning lady was there every day... Overall an excellent experience, totally worth the price. Ideal for families with small children.

Struttura perfetta! La posizione è ottimale, vicina a tutto e perfetta per muoversi comodamente e raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse.

La stanza era molto pulita, curata e accogliente, e abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo l’attenzione ai dettagli. Una delle cose che ci ha fatto sentire più a casa è stata la colazione: ogni mattina la proprietaria ci faceva trovare qualcosa di buono, comprese uova delle sue galline e pomodori freschi, un gesto davvero speciale e genuino.

Un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante, in una struttura che consigliamo assolutamente. Ci torneremmo volentieri! ❤️

L’hébergement est très bien, tout le nécessaire y est. Il est très bien situé, à quelques mètres de la plage. Nous arrivions du port de Naxos et un bus passe toutes les 30 minutes jusqu’à Agía Anna. Il ne reste ensuite que quelques mètres à parcourir pour accéder au logement. Beaucoup de commerces, restaurants et commodités sont également accessibles à proximité.

L’hôte est adorable et très attentionnée avec ses clients. Elle nous avait laissé des œufs frais ainsi que des tomates à notre arrivée et passait tous les matins nous apporter du pain frais. De très belles attentions qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable ! Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement !
