Pros:

You get what you paid for. For the amount I paid U was satisfied with the room, lunch service was great, lunch waiters were great and the area is located in a Central place.

Cons:

The dinner service and staff was AWFUL. Old food, waited 1.5 hours to get that, 20min to get water. On check out day there was no water as well for a while. They did offer for us to shower in the Executive room though.

Beautiful property with good people
Pros:

I loved the location, the room, the staff was excellent as well. From the young man ar the front desk to the servers at the restaurant. The breakfast was great with some elements of local cuisine which was great. You can request omelets at breakfast. The room had air conditioning which was so appreciated due to the heat in Voi. Water pressure was great, bedding clean, mosquito nets available. You can request transport to the SGR from the front desk. You can take a Tuktuk into the town as well. They also have parking. I will recommend it to others and will more than likely stay here every time I come to Voi.

Cons:

There were several cats in the dining area. On tables and chairs which is gross and not hygienic at all.

Personal an der Rezeption war prima.

Cons:

Dusche, Zimmer zu klein,
Frühstück wenig Auswahl, Service im Restaurant Frühstück kann freundlicher sein.
Essen im Restaurant (Dinner) nicht wirklich gut.

Die Lage war gut und auch das Personal war sehr freundlich sowie ein großes Bett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war dunkel und sehr abgewohnt. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht richtig. Die essenszubereitung zum dinner dauerte wirklich lange. Wir haben immer über eine Stunde warten müssen

Bellissima struttura con camere accoglienti e ampio bagno. Il personale è molto gentile e la struttura dispone di un ristorante dove pranzare e cenare.

Sauber und günstig, sehr nett obendrein!
Pros:

Nach einer sehr langen Fahrt waren wir so dankbar für diese schöne, gepflegte Unterkunft, wo wir nicht nur ein günstiges Zimmer bekamen, sondern spät noch ein leckeres Essen und ein kaltes Bier in einem schönen, ruhigen Garten zu uns nehmen konnten! Vielen Dank!

A good budget lodge for travelers
Pros:

A great place to stay on transit. There is first internet and good breakfast. The staff are very friendly. I will obviously stay here again.
