Hotel bleek vol, toen ik arriveerde. Receptionist heeft ander hotel geregeld op 5 min afstand voor zelfde prijs.

Le personnel est très professionnel, serviable et d’une grande gentillesse. Leur accueil et leur disponibilité ont largement contribué à rendre le séjour agréable. Un grand merci à eux.
Malheureusement, l’hôtel présente plusieurs problèmes techniques : les toilettes étaient bouchées, l’évacuation de la douche était complètement obstruée, empêchant l’eau de s’écouler correctement, et la télévision ne fonctionnait qu’en journée, sans aucune chaîne disponible durant la nuit.
La qualité et le professionnalisme du personnel ont toutefois permis de rendre le séjour plus agréable malgré ces désagréments. J'aurais des déplacements a Casablanca avant vacances aout, je retournerai a la reception et demande une chambre sans problèmeS de plomberie. S'ils y arrivent tant mieux, sinon vérifier s'il y a autres WC a l'entrée de l'hôtel, pour douche pas grave, je prendrai douche dans hammam externe ou attendre de renteer a la maison et s'il n y arrivent pas: dans ce cas faudra aller a un autre hôtel. Mais je retourne uniquement pour l'amabilité, l'aide considérable de la femme de ménage, les Mr a la reception, le jeune bagagiste: tout le monde est noté 100% sont si parfaits tabaraka Allah.
ma chambre N 112 a un inconvénient : impardonnable : tout est bouché a part évier. L'eau ne passe ni dans wc ni douche
I’m going to be honest I arrive at the hotel at 17 o’clock. The receptionist guy who was taken the shift was super helpful and kind he was super patient to explain to me that booking didn’t apply the voucher and showed me my reservation, but the night auditor was like trash. He even stopped me from entering the elevator to check once again in impolite way if I got a reservation or not, even though we showed him the cart of our room
