Fantastic design!
Pros:

Great location, design of the room, restaurant, lobby, corridors. Fantastic design for the hotel. The ceiling and windows of the room with 2 double beds were like a palace.

The location is great.
The best part of the hotel is the staff.
Front desk, bellhop, restaurant , and housekeeping staff were outstanding.
Its a beautiful hotel, but the team takes it to a different level.

Very comfortable stay.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Francesca and Nadeem. The other front desk staff & concierge were also very efficient and helpful.

Cons:

There can be greater variety at breakfast. Guests should not be charged for a handful of cut fruit at breakfast when requested with yoghurt.
