Clean, comfortable and easy to reach by a car.
Pros:

The room was so well designed, very clean and spacious. The airco worked perfectly even during the heatwave. Everything around check-in and check-out was very easy and didn't take unnecessary time. There was also a sufficient number of parking spots.
