Pros:

המיקום מעולה! קרוב לשוק מחנה יהודה ונמצא בנחלאות, מרחק הליכה קצר ממדרחוב בן יהודה. היה קל להיכנס ולצאת מהמקום. סימטה פסטורלית. המקום מתוחזק בצורה טובה, המזגן עובד מעולה. יש את כל האמצעים הבסיסיים בשביל לבשל אם צריך, יש פריטי קפה ותה. כשמגיעים לאיזור הזה, זה מה שחשוב בלי קשר לסעיף מה שלא אהבתי.

Cons:

אין נוף בכלל, אתרי בנייה מסביב (או מחסן של כלי עבודה יותר), שומעים את האורחים שהולכים במסדרונות. בחדר שהייתי בו הייתה מדרגה ממש אחרי הדלת בתוך החדר בלי שום אזהרה על זה, כמעט נפלתי. האינטרנט היה מאוד איטי ומוגבל בקליטה שלו בתוך החדר. אם הייתי מגיע לעבוד או לגלוש כמו יצירת תוכן - לא האינטרנט לזה.

Great place in an awesome location
Pros:

Great location in the center of the city near the market, plenty of restaurants and bars around. Good facilities, clean, comfortable. Fair prices compared to similar offers in the area.

Cons:

Slight confusion and delay on check in, was handled properly by the staff and compensated for with a better room.

We love staying here at Mina Boutique this is our second time, but I think these things above would make it much better.

Its location, bed comfortable

Cons:

Not enough essentials in relation to the kitchenette, maybe a little more items would make the place much better, sofa was not comfortable to sit on. One of curtains near to fridge had bad stains on them. Last year there was a shelving item in bathroom this year not, this was missed. A floor wiper to help with shower or better seal on shower doors, as water came through and we had to use a towel to protect the floor.

בהשקעה קטנה ובחשיבה על האורח, ניתן לשדרג מאוד את המקום.

האדם שהטלפון שלו היה במייל שקיבלתנו לא היה האדם הנכון והוא הפנה אותנו. מסתבר שהמקום נמצא כרגע במעבר בין חברות ניהול. הדירה עצמה נראית רחוקה מלהיות אטרקטיבית או מפנקת, אך במחיר הזה הציפיות מראש לא היו גבוהות. בסופו של דבר מה שהכי הפריע לי זה שכאשר הסדין זז מעט מהמזרון ניתן היה לראות מזרון מטונף שהיה פשוט מגעיל לישון עליו, ללא קשר לסדינים. ניכר כי המקום לא מתוחזק היטב ולא עומד בסטנדרט של אירוח. ניתן רק לקוות שהחברה החדשה תשפר שם את המצב.

The room is enough for one night
Generally it has a great potential, good location

Cons:

Its hard to find the place and at night to be wandering around was a task
The room is not clean!!
The bed wasn't even made like you can see that they didn't bother , hair all over same inside the shower
Super frustrating to book a place for a sleep and the bed is dirty and used I was anxious the whole time

ולמחרת בבוקר התלוננו שהגענו בלילה ובקשו שנתנצל
