La.ubicacion céntrica del hotel es buenísima.

Cons:

Para acceder al hotel en taxi es difícil ya que te pueden dejar a 5 o 6 cuadras de distancia y es algo incómodo si vas con equipaje de viaje como carry on o maleta. Descubrimos que Uber te deja lejos y Cabify por alguna razón que desconozco sí te deja en el mismo hotel.

Il check out.Abbiamo chiesto un taxi per andare alla stazione per prendere il treno per Granada.La signora alla reception ha chiamato due compagnie di taxi ma era molto stizzita.Soprattutto ci ha detto che lei ha chiamato ma che non garantiva assolutamente che il taxi sarebbe venuto!Ma come? Ci ha detto di aspettare ma se poi non arrivava lei non ci poteva fare nulla.Dopo 10 minuti che non si era visto nessuno siamo andati via per non rischiare di perdere il treno.Ho poi chiamato per scusarci di essere andati via ma dopo una premessa del genere era rischioso rimanere.Ha apprezzato il gesto della mia chiamata ma mi ha comunque trattato male dicendomi che il tassista era arrabbiato e voleva essere pagato.Ci credo ma allora la prossima volta o ci dici che non fai il servizio chiamata taxi o ci assicuri che arrivi!!!!

This hotel was clean and assessable to the heart of the community. Wonderfull
Pros:

It was very small. However, I knew it was. The veranda did help with the room's quaintness.

Cons:

There were no in-house eating options. It would have been nice to have a small fridge to address issues with food and beverage access. There was no way to chill anything, as there was no access to ice.

Excellent hôtel rapport qualité/ prix
Pros:

Tout était très bien, il pourrait avoir une étoile en plus. L'accueil du personnel était très agréable. L'emplacement est proche des monuments, catedrale, Alcazar. La literie est parfaite. Lhôtel est très beau et confortable. Merci

Gros contraste perçu entre la façade, les communs et surtout l'int des chambres ! Travaux à prévoir!

L'extérieur de l'hôtel ainsi que l'intérieur des communs qui était sympa avec une ambiance qualitative (à l'ancienne).
L'amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

Aussitôt passé la porte de la chambre, un autre temps apparaissait : une chambre très petite avec deux lits simples de chaque côté, même pas accolés par manque de place pour les tables de chevets.
Une ambiance digne du milieu des années 80... vraiment dommage, car ces chambres si elles étaient refaites auraient beaucoup de cachet.
Une douche située dans un mini espace (d'aileurs on aurait plutôt dit une baignoire extrêmement basse) ... pas de maintien sortie de douche à part une barre à serviettes qui ne tenait déjà plus.
Un matelas dur comme la pierre et un seul oreiller. Lieu un peu perdu dans le Vieux Séville...

This is a beautiful little hotel in an ideal location for visiting all the main attractions in Seville. The hotel has a lovely lobby area and a charming inner courtyard. The staff at the 24 hour reception were friendly and efficient.

Kamer was netjes, personeel was vriendelijk, goede ligging

Cons:

Kamers zijn heel klein. Er is niets superior of executive aan de kamers. Superkleine badkamer. Extra bedje voor een kind? Geen plaats voor, valiezen kunnen maar net in de kamer. Geen echt balkon, gewoon balustrade. Hotel niet bereikbaar per auto want ligt aan verkeersvrij pleintje. En parkeren kan enkel in openbare parking in de buurt. Hotel heeft deal met die parking, maar afgestempeld ticketje bood geen korting, want bureau van parking was niet bemand. Heel veel geld betaald voor kleine kamer.
