Personal und Hotel top, Zimmerlage flop!
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lenzerhorn funktioniert einwandfrei und ist sehr sinnvoll.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Strassenseite hin. Der Verkehr frühmorgens war enorm. Leider haben wir sehr schlecht geschlafen.

Die Lenzerheide hat sich sehr verändert. Es gibt kaum Resraurants und es gibt keinen Ortscharakter mehr.

Good location, food, staff were excellent. Would definitely stay again. Spa was expensive but felt great at the end of long days on the MTB!
