Comfortable online checkin. Very clean and family friendly place.
Pros:

Good location for those making longer trip and using it for roadside accomodation. Ground floor grocery was also very comfortable.

Cons:

Everything was excellent. Nice clean and very comfortable place to stay. You could additionally provide an electric kettle (to heat coffee/tea water).

Nice place for families , probably better for winter stay
Pros:

Tnx for Easy check-in , responsive host ,New building and very clean.
Supermarket downstairs , its 15 minutes from cluj if there is no heavy traffic . Nice balcony.

Cons:

Unfortunately there is No AC and was too hot for us in July. There a termostat for floor temperature butvits not an air-conditioning.
No nets for the windows....
Missing the littel accessories Not having all the littel kitchen things like salt, pepper Oil and ect, so for cooking have to buy it all for every basic "cooking"
Can give more paper (for toilet and kitchen), it wasn't enough for us (family of 4 for 2 nights )so we had to buy
No elevator so have to carry you luggage up and down the stairs

Great quality apartment but it was missing the AC units even if it was advertised as with AC.
Pros:

The apartment was well equipped with mostly all that was needed including kitchen tools. It was nice if you had kids because the playground was in view from our window.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the apartment did not have even one air conditioning unit in spite of it being advertised as of having AC in the apartment. Also, our apartment was at the top floor and the period we were there the temps were very high so it really didn't help the lack of AC unit.
