j'avais réservé une chambre avec balcon, une fois sur place, on me dit qu'il n'y a aucune chambre avec balcon dans l'hotel ( qui est dans une petite rue sordide , sombre et puante )
je suis parti avant même d être arrivé à la chambre!

Pros:

Free shuttle to and from Airport. Friendly staff. Good tour organised by hotel with Mr Abebe. Included breakfast

Dirty linnens old hotel nothing works

The shuttle helps and eatable brekfast

Cons:

Shits had holes on it, bad matress, beey old and with hairs and stinks on it. I comolained to her and she didnt solve the problem. Cober the matress and buy new shits! Its a must

Very pleasant hotel stay with excellent service and outstanding guide support through Abay

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Addis Ababa. Everything was well organized and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable.

The rooms were clean, well maintained, and very comfortable, especially the beds which made for a good night’s sleep. The hotel reception area was also very nice, with a pleasant restaurant and café that made it easy to relax and enjoy some time at the hotel.

What stood out most was the extremely friendly and helpful staff. Everyone I interacted with was professional and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.

Another great advantage of this hotel is their collaboration with a highly competent local guide, Abay, who can be booked directly through the hotel. He is an exceptional guide with deep knowledge of Addis Ababa and Ethiopian history, and he truly enhanced my experience in the city.

Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable hotel stay, made even better by the excellent service and the opportunity to explore the city with such a knowledgeable guide.

I highly recommend the Hotel Lobelia and the guide Zola!
Pros:

Great location close to the airport.
Free airport transfers.
Comfortable, clean, and pleasantly decorated room.
Delicious Ethiopian breakfast.
Very friendly staff, who recommended Zola, a guide, who took us to the most interesting places in Addis Abebe and told us about them.
I highly recommend the Hotel Lobelia and the guide Zola!
